The amazing hospitality and good nature of the staff. They made sure our van was coming to pick us up and also waited to pick us up from the airport even when our flight was delayed. The place itself has such a nostalgic throw back vibe and the pool was just perfect.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The rooms were a good size and very clean. The breakfast was cooked by the landlady and were very good with great portions.

The owners and staff were friendly and engaging. The room was large and clean, the AC and wifi were top notch. Always had hot water in the shower. The location was perfect for me, nice 5-10 minute walk to several stores, street food vendors, a bakery and restaurant. The grounds were green and full of nature sounds, the rooms have a table and chairs just outside your door so you could take it all in. Very nice swimming pool. I had freshly made pancakes and fresh fruit at breakfast. They had more options.

The owner was so helpful! She picked us up at the airport,drove us to the nearest money exchange and told us about a very good restaurant. The rooms are simple but have anything you need. The breakfast pancakes are very good.

The place is nice and the owner is kind even the staff. nice place to stay with family. breakfast is good too. when we went to El Nido , we had to leave early in the morning because we booked a tour early so we needed to leave at 4 am, she prepared burgers and boiled bananas for us and it was good. you can grill food too while enjoying the pool. the owner was also the one who picked us up from the airport and showed us places to visit and see along the way while we are on vacation. during our last day, and we're about to leave, she gave us a basket of fruits and even sliced and packed it for us to eat at the airport. Thank you so much.

Only thing we didn't like was the pool was open to the public and the area was quite busy with people using the surroundings as a picnic area particularly at weekends. Pool was full of kids and not at all relaxing.

Noami and Tita were very accommodating. From airport pickup to helping us with tours and transport to El Nido. Nice Filipino breakfast to start the day. Room was clean and had an air conditioner to keep us cool. Shower was hot. Beautiful big pool on site.

We loved everything!

Had a really great stay in Michelle Pension! Tita, Ms. Naomi, Ms. Grace, Ms. Regina and the rest of the staff were so understanding and accommodating. I travelled with my parents and it's their first time travelling outside our hometown. My mom also needed extra attention and they provided her with that and more! We appreciate how they have enough space for her to walk around and my mom loved all the plants. Thank you Tita and the rest of the team, you guys provided a home away from home. Highly recommended!
