Room smells even after you opened the window. Bathroom was dirty. Hotel is next to bus station and local road so it's noisy. You can also hear people talking on the street. Barking dogs. Breakfast was so limited and cold. Checked out was not very pleasant either. The front desk person keep insisting that I already received copy of the receipt when I asked for it which I felt irritated. I wouldn't have ask for a copy if I already have it. I requested them to email it to me since we have to catch our bus ride which they did. If I'm back in Baguio, I will not stay at this hotel again..

Nice hotel. Literally attached to the Victory Liner bus station next door, really convenient. Associated Italian restaurant was very good - with a pizza oven. Great Pho place nearby.

The breakfast was okay.

The staff were helpful - they check us in early even without us asking. Walking distance from session road and sky ranch / sm baguio / jollibbee. And I actually left my work bag in the bench in the maindoor and they returned it to me after I checked out. The rooms are just enough for basic needs to relax in the hotel with unlimited coffee, water and ice.

No slippers are readily available in the room. The customer survey has someone written on it. Limited choices of food for breakfast, but the food was good

I like that the staff are nice and accommodating. They also did an extra mile of printing our bus ticket. I also like that they have a water dispenser on every floor. Plus the ice maker. For us it is convenient as we don't need to buy water anymore. The room is cozy and comfortable. My husband and I slept well. They also gave us a complimentary cake when they knew that it was our first wedding anniversary.

The Wi-Fi is okay, but sometimes it's cutting in and out (we stayed on the lower ground).

This is our first time with Microtel by Wyndham Baguio. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with my family, we had an incredible experience. The area and room are clean, the lobby smells wonderful. The complementary breakfast was also good, the taste, servings, and selection were acceptable. One thing made this hotel superb is the people. The staff from the front desk are professional, reliable, and courteous. The housekeepers greet you with a smile, even the security guards are hospitable. The location was also a big plus. We will definitely be back. Keep it up 😀

A. Noise: Our room was closest to the reception area. We could hear kids running up and down the hallway, other hotel guests talking loudly, etc. B. Breakfast: Needs improvement. The same dishes were served every day except for the rotating vegetable dish.
