We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location, it was right beside the bus station. Walking distance to SM Baguio. The staff were very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. We had a tour with early pick up, they provided us packes sandwiches and drinks.

PhilippinesI did not like the breakfast. Smoke fish was tough and dry. There was a prepared scrambled eggs, but I prefer over easy eggs which no one was cooking.
I like its proximity to mall, restaurants, and accessibility from the bus terminal. There was a footbridge connecting the terminal to the hotel. It was very convenient.

United StatesI highly recommend the property goes under some renovations, I saw the entrance was renovated and modernized with quite good decorations. The room was outdated with lighting feels of the early 1990’s It’s a promising location and welcoming place to stay, but the interior of the room and walkway feels too old.
I loved the location which was right next to the bus terminal and the hotel had a guard by the entrance. I would also like to add that the staff was supper nice! My wife loved the restaurant was literally steps to the restaurant which provided us with good breakfast options.

AustraliaBooked 3 rooms but I have forgotten to cancel one of them in time, due to some changes in my circumstances. But I was told they would still charge me full 3 nights rate, but I raised that on booking.com it says I could only be charge the first night upon cancellation. Which they acknowledged.
Room service people were very nice and friendly. Every day we have clean bed sheets and towels. Lobby was renovated, we like that there’s a coffee station and ice machine at the lobby, also there’s water dispenser on each floor. Walking distance to SM.
