A water dispenser and ice are available in the hall. However, the air conditioning in our room was too loud. If you are not accustomed to smaller rooms with everything close together, this might not be the best choice. Our room had a window, but the view was of garbage and people residing in the area. The hotel is situated in the middle of a residential area, far from the main beach and the mall. Inside the property, the ambiance is pleasant and faces the beach. However, the surrounding areas outside the property are less appealing. I think I set my expectations of the island too high, given its popularity among foreigners and travelers.

The location is away from the crowded area of the main beach, nestled within the property itself. The property meets its price point and has friendly staff. The breakfast served consists of Filipino dishes, though a bit more variety would be appreciated. We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and found the neighborhood to be nice and friendly. Additionally, they offer a scheduled shuttle service to the main beach area and the mall.

The people. That’s there best asset! Their customer service from arrival to departure was exceptional. The location was perfect for real rest as it is not crowded unlike the other hotels in Station 1. The staff are really helpful and accomodating in all ways. In the future I would like to stay here again.

Room at groundfloor (garden view) was a bit humid, without balcony hard to dry the wet (swim) clothes. Breakfast included just for 2 adults, kids had to pay extra. Restaurant prices a bit high (but worth it anyway).

Location was great, directly at beach front, beautiful sunsets, kids playground, good poolarea. The staff was super friendly, everything very clean, hotel has a beautiful atmosphere, food at the restaurant was very delicious. Dinner at the beachfront with beautiful sunsets. Free water refill, game area at the lobby. Perfect stay with kids!

Shuttle service schedule should be done every hour not every 2 hours as it's far from Station 1,2 and 3. Hotel slippers are automatically in the room not by request.. Improve supply of soap and amenities.

I loved the location of this hotel, although it’s a bit further up past the White beach the drive toward the hotel was quite an experience as you get to see a little bit more of the island. The location of the hotel makes it more secluded and less crowded which I liked. The hotel also offers a free shuttle to D mall which runs on a timetable schedule. They also have security around the hotel to ensure that the hotel is secured properly.

Everything was superb, quiet location, friendly staff though location a bit far from center but they have shuttle.service available you must schedule ahead of time, as they have going to and back schedule from.hotel.to the D mall. Or must pay e trike for Php200.00 or betteryet enjoy the beach walk for 25 mins. With no stopover photo taking.

The air conditioning in the room was noisy at night.

It was very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the more quiet location, with the beachfront and the pool with an amazing view! There’s also many restaurants and attractions in walking distance. Microtel also offers a shuttle to the white beach near dmall. We loved the restaurant at the property “mama’s fish house”. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed delicious food with an amazing view. L

My friend and I needed to work during our stay at Microtel, but the wifi connection in the lobby was really horrible.

The whole Microtel was clean, with a warming scent. Both the lobby and room made us feel comfy and relaxed. The kitchen right next to the Microtel was very solid (both quality and price). Overall the experience went far above our expectations of Microtel, which made our stay at Microtel very pleasant.

Everything was great, the wifi was a bit sketchy in the bedroom but worked fine in the lounge.

The best hotel we stayed at in the Philippines. From the moment of the check-in, we were so well welcomed. We had a welcome drink, and they explained everything well to us. The bedroom was massive and super comfortable, with great beds, and great aircon, the bathroom was super clean, and they had a line to hang clothes in the bathroom, really handy for the swimsuits. Also available are water machines, with cold and hotel water. They supply beach towels for free. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The hotel restaurant also has very good dishes, highly recommend you to go there while staying. The beach is nearby and quiet, with such a beautiful sunset from there. Free transfer for DMall, really handy!
