We had a really good stay with this apartment, the kitchen and living room area are equiped with everything you need so it feels like your home! The staffs are very approachable,friendly and helpful with all our request and concerns, the premises are also very quite so we had a really good sleep, the apartment is huge and feels like it is more than enough for 12 people, the location is also convenient but still quite, away from noisy cars and pollution.

Our first time here in C.E.V. Mansion and they exceeded our expectations! We did not experience any hassle during our stay. Staffs were very accommodating. Place is cold, clean, and cozy. Kitchen equipments are all working. Very comfortable toilet/shower room. Has a complimentary toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste, and bath towels. We'll definitely consider this place again next time! Highly reco this "hotel type" apartment. What's in the picture is what the apartment really looks like. It has only one bath/toilet so for a large group of people it can be a little inconvenient. Since it is a residential area, we were often asked to move our cars to allow the other cars to get out. But we did not mind these at all, one just have to be patient and for the price, we could not complain. We would definitely go back or recommend it to friends or family members.

It is very spacious, excellent for a large group of people travelling. We only stayed overnight but it did not feel like a rash stay. We had a good rest. It is very close to shops like Save More, Jollibee, KFC, Mercury Drug Store, 7-Eleven. You can also cook for yourselves if you prefer to. We had two cars but the building has its own enclosed private parking so we had no issues. It is a residential area close to Manila's tourist spots like the Ocean Park and Intramuros. It is only a half-hour drive away from the airport.

24 hrs security, good location, very helpful staff and accommodating. We had to extend another day for some unfinished business and they approved with just a few coordination with their boss. They were even willing to accommodate us for few hours without asking for additional payment however we then decided to extend for another day.. thank you ate Myra and all other staff..

Everything was great. Staffs were very friendly, attentive, and accommodating. The place was so clean, and the bed sheets smelled very good. They had almost all that you needed (except for the broom and dust pan). Utensils, dishes, condiments, estove, eKettle, rice cooker, dental & bathroom kit, and many more. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 😊

I book this place for my sister and friends taking board exam in San Beda. Perfect location, about 10-15mins walk to the Uni. According to them, it’s clean, comfortable and they felt safe. I would book this place again if needed to be in the area for exam. No fuss check in encounter. Highly recommended for people need to be closer in area of board examination. If it’s group booking, it comes cheap. But can be expensive if only for 1 person. can accommodate 6, but my sisters group were only 4 amazing ladies. 👍
