Facilities, the buffet breakfast (not included), the airport shuttle. My family loved the in-room massages and we appreciated the splitting of the rooms in the suite (2 twins in one side, 1 queen on the other with their own bathrooms). It was perfect for our family set-up. The staff were always so courteous and helpful; I wish they had an indoor space instead of being out in the open because they were so gracious even in that burning heat.

The lobby is too small and crowded and too hot especially summmer time. One of the rooms I booked was not ready til past 2pm. Wifi is slow. The shower is too slow as well.

Hotel has a big swimming pool for gues to enjoy on. A bit far from the town which can be good to avoid the crowds. Nice breakfast buffet.

The food is a little expensive and the location is a bit far from the town.

It’s a very nice hotel outside town proper. The staff are nice with not bad facilities. Our room is overlooking the nice pool inside. Options for tour and massages are offered.

The location is far from places where you can buy food. The hotel food portion is small, its also expensive and not much selection on the menu that's in the room. There was also an extra charge for room service if you were to eat in the room. Most importantly there was no microwave. The electricity was also shut off when you leave the room, therefore if there's food in your fridge its in the risk of spoiling. There was a point that our bathroom smelled due to a clog on the pipe per the housekeeper. The daily free water we have to keep asking for since we didnt request our room to be cleaned. I think it should just be available.

Majority of the staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was also clean. Transactions, check in and out is also smooth.

The room/bathroom could do with a little upgrade, air con quite noisy, a bit out of town but for us we preferred this as Coron town wasn’t somewhere we’d like to be central for and cheap tuk tuk to town

The aircon in the room was quite old and very noisy. We noticed ants in the bathroom and wifi was also poor. Location didn’t have much nearby so had to get tuktuk to any shops and restaurants.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating, the hotel restaurant altered meals to accommodate myself being vegetarian which was super helpful. The pool area was quiet with lots of space to chill. Room was also very big with balcony.

The position of the AC in the rooms aren't efficient. If they cant reposition, a ceiling fan would greatly help distribute air circulation better. The shower pressure also needs to improve as it was quite weak. The location of the resort isnt as close to convenience stores, they dont have self serve laundry, and their laundry services is costly. The restau can also be expensive but you can go to city centre with a tricycle if you want to.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and had 2 bathrooms perfect for all 4 of us. Love that they clean the room every day too. They were also diligent with our water bottle refills everyday. Overall ambiance was relaxing and restaurant/bar have nice meals and drinks to choose from.

The food of the breakfast buffet is old and a bit greasy, but if you order breakfast a la carte then it's pretty good. Some of the dinner dishes obviously are from microwave

Doing laundry here is very expensive as you need to pay per piece rather than per kg 😅

Our room got downgraded for 1 night, but in return they gave us complementary breakfast for our whole stay which I kind of liked, because the breakfast here is really good and everyday they served different warm dishes. The ambiance of the hotel is also very nice, pool was nice and not too busy and the staff was also very helpful. Overall a good experience 👍🏼

It’s a bit out of town with no good options nearby. But it’s a cheap tricycle ride to town. Breakfast is terrible. Milk was off and bad options.
