PhilippinesWi-fi connection is BAD, it cannot be accessed in my room! Additional Php 200.00 was collected upon check-in; it is said to be for housekeeping fee, WHY? Is the cleaning not included in the hotel room rate? IT SHOULD BE and IT MUST BE! Water current is not good and the shower is damage! NO elevator; NOBODY help us brought our luggage and other baggage unto our 3rd floor room! Essential kits are only given on the first day, only upon check-in, IT SHOULD BE on a per day of stay as what other hotels are practicing!
Room with comfort, with reference to the bed only. Air Condition is so cool also.

Australiait was up a hill. some tricycles could not make it up and you had to walk some parts. and the price varied a lot! We had a baby and staff said there was an extra charge for a mattress on the floor - but then relented when we explained that everywhere else in Palawan had not charged extra for extra for baby.
the pool was clean and a good size. rooms had a balcony and bed was comfortable.

BelgiumIt is not advisable to bring heavy luggage because you have to walk down many stairs. There is no path available where you can just wheel the luggage down the path. Hats off to the staff who help carry the luggage to the rooms. There is no storage area for your belongings. I just wanted to clarify this phrase indicated on their site "Twin Lagoon is 5 km from the accommodation, while Kayangan Lake is 5 km away." . PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CAN ONLY BE REACHED BY BOAT.
The breakfast was good except that you have to arrive very early or you have no other choice than the remaining available dish. The meal is in small portion which is not enough to compensate for your effort to climb the stairs to the fourth floor where the restaurant is located. Thankfully, the staffs are very friendly and hospitable.

United Kingdomthe water shut off a few times for a few hours in the morning so we couldn’t even use the tap shower or toilet and the water pressure in the shower was a dribble at best. the pool was completely out of use the first day we were there which was not ideal since there isn’t a beach for miles. there were ants in both rooms especially if any snacks are left out they will be filled with bugs.
this property is at the top of a very steep hill. it’s a 10 min walk away from anything and there isn’t a beach for over half an hour drive away. staff were sweet and polite but weren’t too sure what was going on most of the time. but they can book you a boat trip there.

PhilippinesBreakfast has time limit of 7:30am. If you’re late, better luck next time. Very bad Cellphone signal (Globe and Smart, GOODLUCK!) VERY VERY BAD and NO wifi Connection at all. They insist it has a wifi connection as long as you go out of your room. But then and again, it’s a SCAM. I still not getting the Wifi signal.

AustraliaI don’t know how they did this but they managed to show themselves on google maps on the corner of a main rd in town centre. The reality is they are a long walk up a steep hill. If the real location had been shown I never would have selected it. They advertise “wifi access” but don’t say “not in the rooms.” You have to sit outside your room on the landing! This is misleading and hidden.

United Kingdomeverything, we were not given the rooms we paid for. the staff were uninterested and unhelpful. the rooms were absolutely disgusting, not anything like the pictures. they were not clean. don’t expect a toilet seat. don’t expect water pressure. the room was full of insects, sockets hanging out of the walls. you have to leave your hotel room key with reception every time you leave the hotel but they also won’t be liable for anything that goes missing. this hotel is a joke. the hotel pool is appalling..

GermanyIf you don’t expect much, you’ll still be disappointed. We booked the hotel for 2 days to have a pool. On our arrival we’re told it cant be used. Of course we were disappointed and told the staff. But they didnt really say anything, as their english is also very poor - except we could use it after 4:30. But come on, after that time i dont need to use it anymore! The bathroom was horrible. No wifi in the rooms! We went out in the evening and came back late, wanted to shower: no running water. Till the next afternoon there was no water. Also no communication whatsoever on why it’s gone or when it’s coming back and no buckets of water or anything was provided. And when the water came back, it was brown! So still didnt really want to shower. So we went to the pool around non - just to be told it was closed again! I asked why they havent told us, it would be the same the next day as we were already upset the day before - no answer. They just look you in the eye and grin. I said i want to talk to the manager. Came back half an hour later and asked when i can talk to the manager they say i cant because he’s not there - i say i don’t care i can also speak to him over the phone - again no answer. Instead they say we can use the pool now, magically?! Of course no one ever let me talk to the manager. Also, the location is not good. If you dont like walking up a steep hill several times a day, you will spend a lot on tricycles. And nothing / no restaurants closeby. Two of the 4 matresses were extremely hard. To sum up: this hotel was worse than any hostel I’ve ever stayed at. Waste if money!

PhilippinesThe room service we asked for on our 4th day was missed. Also, Unit 102's shower room has a clogged drainage system so we had to borrow a plunger from the front desk. We don't have a choice for the breakfast meals: no varieties for the breakfast. 🙁
We did not have breakfast; luckily, we packed instant noodles. The staff were very generous for the hot water and utensils. The pool was awesome! A comment for the pool: please have it in 6ft instead of 8ft haha or have it gradually increasing in depth instead. Since the hotel is a bit far from grocery stores, the hotel offers chilled drinks and snacks at a reasonable price.

PhilippinesDont have wifi, dont have signal, even were connected to the lobby's wifi its still not working. Room neighbors still drinking and talking oitside their room until 1am and no one on the staff checking and informing them that its too late already and may disturb others guest. We cant able to sleep good on our 1st night.
