We were thoroughly impressed by the excellent service at Nacpan Beach Resort. Upon arrival, they welcomed us with delightful extras like a coconut welcome drink and a complimentary minibar. The availability of sun loungers on Nacpan Beach was a fantastic perk, and the Sunmai restaurant collaboration added to the overall experience. Our room was modern, immaculately clean, and more than adequate for our Nacpan visit. The sunset views during dinner were truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend Nacpan Beach Resort! The staff was exceptionally nice and professional, always attentive to our requests, and the spacious rooms ensured a comfortable stay.

Okay so the last 10 minutes of the drive from El Nido town is very bumpy and the property is located in front of a swamp. BUT NONE OF THIS IS THE PROPERTY'S FAULT. Nacpan is still a relatively under developed part of Palawan.

The room and bathroom were so spacious and clean and I loved the complimentary drinks in the minibar. Beautiful property located on Nacpan Beach. A huge stretch of sand where you can find a spot away from the crowds and feel like you have the place to yourself. The breakfast buffet was great and I did enjoy the meals I ate at their restaurant which I was given a voucher for during my stay. All the staff from reception to housekeeping to the waiters were all so attentive and deserve praise.

Breakfast was just ok. In 3 weeks across Philippines, this was the only room in which we found many mosquitos, there is an electric mosquito-killer device but is not very effective. This is disappointing considering the price of the room. The bathroom didn’t have a good smell, which is common across the country but again for the price we would have expected better here. Last, the private taxi service that they offer to/from the airport/El Nido is very expensive compared to the rest of the country, but Palawan was generally overpriced.

The location on Nacpan beach is amazing. The room was large and with a comfortable bed and the shower was great. They offer free sunbeds just across the room for the guests which we enjoyed. Since we left very early in the room, they packed us a sandwich for breakfast and gave us a voucher for the dinner at the restaurant on site.

I didn’t like the beds, they’re far too low and there were no other alternative beds in other rooms, I feel that there should be choice if you’re offering a very low platform style bed. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a lift/ elevator available. My mother is elderly and struggled on the wet stairs when it rained.

The property was great, the only thing was the van we paid for from resort to airport was not very good. The driver kept hacking up and spitting outside the window. There were also inappropriate obscene stickers on the windshield that made us feel very uncomfortable. Not very professional, not worth what we paid for.

We absolutely enjoyed everything about the breakfast but dinner was a bit disappointing and pretty expensive for what you got.

We loved this place, we would definitely recommend staying here. We were told at breakfast from the staff that if we were interested they were releasing the baby turtles that morning and we couldn’t have had a better time. One of the best memories for our Philippines trip.

Some local guys are trying to sell goods in the beach area and they are annoying. Dogs near the hotel area are cute, but better to take care of them and wash them (maybe just put in the sea to remove the smell).

Perfect location - Nacpan Beach is the beach it should be - beautiful and wild, with no crowds (and they have waves here ♥️). Super aesthetic and definitely the best beach in El Nido. Rooms - clean and comfortable, food is very good. We’ve seen here baby turtles 🐢 who were trying to reach the water (first steps) - that was impressive (wild life!).
