The road leading into the property was still unsealed and bumpy. The property was quite a way out of town and transport was available but it was quite expensive. The bed linen could have been more comfortable.

It’s right next to a fairly private beach. Villas were nicely air conditioned and have lovely bathrooms.

The electricity in our bathroom was doggy it gave us electric shock. This was repaired but shouldn’t even happen in the first place. Breakfast is very limited and not special at all.

What's not to like about this place!!

We were supposed to stay at another resort in El Nido but it was not as advertised and so we moved to Nacpan Beach Villas and was the best decision ever, beach was superb and everything was excellent from the room to service and food and drinks. So glad we found it.

There’s no where to put clothes and toiletries in the room. A few hangers and a shelf in the bathroom would be perfect. Also, eating in a restaurant where stray dogs are allowed to roam throughout was awful. We saw dogs take food (a rack of ribs!) directly off of a table when the person eating got up to take a picture, and no one from the staff told the dog to get away. We were constantly having to “shoo” several begging dogs away from our table as we ate. Very unpleasant.

Everything was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful, gracious and professional. The two masseuses that came to our room to give massages were fantastic.

Welcome drink you served (I asked) had sugar. I think your property was all its concept stall provide fresh orange juice or nothing, if not - maybe just water. I would also suggest you do not provide any drinks which have sugar. I also think that you shall keep dogs outside of the property. Or take necessary steps to vaccinate them. The smart toilet in our room was broken. I have reported this to Reception yet. This was not fixed. Good that we had another one on the second floor which we have used. But this kind of things shall be fixed before guests are coming to the room.

I have already written two reviews about this place and I want to add that I very much like to sleep in the morning with the open door and was enjoying palm trees leaves rustle.

Very clean very well maintained property. Comfortable beds good pillows a lot of drinks. In the small villas air-conditioner might be not very comfortable because air is directed almost directly to the bed.

Not the resort's fault, but the nicnics(sand flies) in the beach were annoying.

The villa we stayed at was very nice and well supplied. The staff were very good and looked after us very well. Our flight was delayed so we couldn't stay the 1st night we knew that we woukd no longer be able cancel our first nihhts stay but they compensated us very well with other perks. Special thanks to Karen from operations, and the wonderful front desk staff Merla, Annie and Hazel. Thanks to all the staff we had an amazing stay. 🙂

My only problem were the amount of dogs around because I'm scared of dogs but the staff does try their best to get them away from you when they notice.

It felt like I was in paradise for a few days. Everything from top to bottom was perfect and handled amazingly by staff. The villa was beautiful and with well stocked facilities.

-We need to highlight all the attention and care during our stay from MERLA, who was tireless, always trying to find out if everything was ok and if we needed anything. -The Villas are very clean and the Villa where we stayed is perfect for a couple. -The wifi during our stay always worked well, including in the area in front of the Villas where the sun loungers are, the wifi also worked. -Last but not least, you will be just a few meters from one of the best beaches in the world... and it is truly one of the best paradises we have ever stayed in.

Perfect beach hotel! We loved staying here at the villas in Nacpan and would recommend it to everyone. The villas are located directly next to the beach depends which one you get. The beach is so clean and nice and the hotel has a turtle hatchery and you can watch baby turtles if you are lucky. The villa was very pretty and clean. They are really new and modern. The staff is outstanding and tries their best to make your stay memorable.

The only thing that we didn’t like was that there’s no wardrobe or a hanger in the small villas but you need to have in mind that we booked the villa for 10 nights which is more than usual for this location, so if you plan a short trip there’s no drama at all.

Everything was perfect. First of all, the greatest location. Nacpan beach is one of the best I’ve ever been to- almost 5 km of beautiful white sand, clear water, so calm and silent, many good restaurants and bars around, the most magical sunsets. Also if you’re lucky you can watch the turtle hatchlings release early in the morning :) The property itself is just a piece of paradise. The villas are cosy and clean with many amenities available. And the most important of all, the staff. Everybody is so friendly and always ready to help. Many thanks to the receptionists, especially Merla, who made our stay truly unforgettable. You really became our friends :)

This property is maybe one of the finest you can stay with while in Nacpan! Everything is spotless, let alone that you are meters away from the amazing beach of Nacpan, where they have their own sunbeds. We've also had access to the pool and restaurant of their twin company, a few tens of meters away from us. Also, the stuff is great, especially the exceptional ladies from the reception that even helped us optimize the transfer to our next property, handling the whole process for us!

Deluxe villas were a tad small but very well laid out. Some people may not like the rough road going into the property, but we liked it as it made us feel like we had found a hidden gem.

Napcan Beach Villa staff were amazing. Special mention to Merla and Annie, who looked after us. The location was slightly off the beaten track and it was so lovely. It felt like we had our own private beach alot of the time. Property was immaculate, and the modern bathrooms were a big plus. The use of the pool next door at glamping was an added bonus. The turtle sanctuary was an unexpected surprise we won't forget. Thanks for having us Team.

The road leading to all the accommodation along the beach is extremely bumpy. We were fortunate to have a rental 4WD. The villas have no signage and do not yet appear on Google maps. We had to stop and ask for directions. Parking is tight and only provided alongside the bumpy road. We had concerns leaving the hire vehicle parked there.

The location is stunning. We would rate Nacpan as one of the five best beaches in the world. The villas are new, very modern, even the toilets have several automatic functions. Merla at reception was extremely accommodating and warm in nature, nothing was too much trouble. She even had sandwiches packed for our early morning pre breakfast departure. In front of the villas they have their own beach lounges and umbrellas. The Sunmai restaurant is just one minute walk along past the glamping and Nacpan resort. The included buffet breakfast was provided here and had enough options to suit all tastes. Further along the beach there are little bars and cafes but note these close at 6pm except for the backpacker's Mad Monkey down the end.
