Everything was sooo nice, hospitality of the staff was amazing. Everybody took amazing care of us. Especially Rica and Joemar gave us such a nice warm welcome :) We will be definitely back one day! Salamat! :)

The lighting outside the tent was annoying at night time but understandably needs to be on to light the pathways. Just bring an eye mask if this would bother you.

Unique stay in a fantastic bell tent that was bigger than some hotel rooms we have had! It’s a beautiful site with very well maintained grounds with exotic plants and a beautiful setting on Nacpan beach. All the staff are wonderful!

Bit of a pain to go for a walk to the toilet in the middle of the night but that just goes with clamping. Obviously they can’t have a toilet each.

The tents inside are beautiful, plenty of space and aircon worked well. They have turtles waiting to hatch and we loved that they care for the turtles. Plenty of stray dogs on the beach so if possible take some food and worming tablets We wish we had.

It’s quite expensive, especially when you compare to other accommodation in a similar price bracket as some of the tents are looking a little tired.

Great location by the beach, fun to see the turtles hatching too! The staff were incredibly helpful & friendly - nothing was too much effort.

I loved everything! It is neat! The glamping has AC, so do not worry about heat :) the best beach you can find in the whole El Nido & surrounding. So pristine! Absolutely crystal clear.

The wifi is okay but I didn’t come here for the internet, I came here to connect with nature. A bit expensive but worth every penny.

I had a wonderful experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the hotel staff. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team made me feel welcome by giving me a glass of juice and a cold face towel. They also gave me a sea shell necklace. Throughout my stay, every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist with any request. I would like to special mention the receptionist Glenn, the bell boy Jerwin and their manager Dan for making our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about the guests’ experience.

The road to the hotel is horrible but once you are inside it’s all good. The wifi isn’t strong a general problem in elnido. Shared toilets and and they could be updated

Lights at night would be best turned off completely (say 11pm-5am) to enjoy the moonlight, stars and sleep in actual darkness. Dim lights from walkways go through tent fabric. The tent comes with a torch anyway - i.e. more fun to use

Great time with kids. Bonfire with marshmellows (& whole roasted bananas) was great fun for the kids - thanks to Justin for very quickly setting up for the kids. Lovely spot right on the beach & spacious.

The service at the restaurant in the evening was poor. It appears to be not enough staff. Something was forgotten at every dinner we ate there. The pool area, though nice, does not offer any shade from the sun.

Breakfast is perfect. Great variety. Attentive staff. The beach is one of the best on El Nido. Being close to the turtle sanctuary is a huge bonus. The bathrooms, though shared, are kept very clean.
