The road to get there was very bumpy

The road to the hotel is horrible but once you are inside it’s all good. The wifi isn’t strong a general problem in elnido. Shared toilets and and they could be updated

Lights at night would be best turned off completely (say 11pm-5am) to enjoy the moonlight, stars and sleep in actual darkness. Dim lights from walkways go through tent fabric. The tent comes with a torch anyway - i.e. more fun to use

Great time with kids. Bonfire with marshmellows (& whole roasted bananas) was great fun for the kids - thanks to Justin for very quickly setting up for the kids. Lovely spot right on the beach & spacious.

Their are many stray dogs fighting and breeding in the restaurant area and the beach making it difficult to sit and relax with out being disturbed

The service at the restaurant in the evening was poor. It appears to be not enough staff. Something was forgotten at every dinner we ate there. The pool area, though nice, does not offer any shade from the sun.

Breakfast is perfect. Great variety. Attentive staff. The beach is one of the best on El Nido. Being close to the turtle sanctuary is a huge bonus. The bathrooms, though shared, are kept very clean.

Maybe a small wardrobe inside the tent would be helpful for stays of 2 or plus nights .

Our tent was spacious and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the complimentary drinks in the fridge. Breakfast Buffet was AWESOME. Glen and Justin were very helpful assisting us with all our inquiries and our luggage. Including all the Staff.

Great food and staff John security was so helpful and woke me early to see the baby turtles being released. Justine had excellent customer service and was so helpful. Amazing experience from the beginning to the end. The tents are very spacious and comfortable. The staff is extraordinary friendly and helpful - we would like to explicitly mention Rica at the reception, Justin's help in every possible situation and Stephen from security. Unforgettable experience during our stay at Nacpan Glamping. The spacious tents were conveniently located near the bathroom amenities. Our package included delicious breakfast and dinner, and the entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. In our opinion, the glamping tents, situated right on the beach, were a superior choice compared to the hotel rooms. The shared toilets were well-maintained and comfortable throughout the day. Truly an unforgettable experience!
