We really liked our stay here. For the price, this was by far the best place we stayed in the Philippines. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location was decent too.

I didn't like that they advertised free airport shuttle but when I messaged them for an airport drop off they said it cost 200 php. It sounds like they advertised for a free airport shuttle to receive bookings but then ask for money. Having said that, the driver didn't ask money from me but the message on booking which I read after passing immigration said it's 200!

The sink was leaking so the washroom was a bit flooded with the water coming out from it. Apart from that, everything was really nice.

My room… sure, I booked a budget room, but for the price, it was the worst value I experienced in Philippines so far. Aircon barely worked (honestly, it didn’t really, and I think because it’s located just above tin plated roof which gets crazy hot and also was ridiculously loud), fan I’ve got was old, rusted and crazy loud too… so I asked to change it. They did offer me to change the room at that point, but if another room was available, why not to provide in the first place for better guest experience? As it was after 10pm, I refused, just needed to sleep. Room itself had wires hanging from the wall, no hand soap (just few packets of shampoo?), and I feel it was really the worst room in the whole of property after seeing a few others… Wouldn’t pay more than €5 for it. Also, complimentary airport pick up didn’t happen due to misunderstanding/lack of response , but they did charge for the drop off… what an odd mindset for someone running a hotel.

Pleasant host, clean property, close to the airport and away from the hustle & bustle, meaning had quite a peaceful sleep. Mattress was very comfortable. Allowed for a late check-in which was really helpful.

We only stayed for 1 night and chose this place as it’s very close to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with a nice hot shower. hot/cold water is made available and kitchen utensils etc. There is also a nice outdoor area to hang out in. Staff were very friendly and helpful and provided complimentary airport pick up which was extremely appreciated. We enjoyed our stay.

We only stayed one night and it was good. The room was clean and had quite aircon (hard to find in the Philippines!!). We got picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel for free.

It’s a long walk to downtown, but that’s why I chose it. Far away from the congestion and noise.

Christy at reception is amazing; she’s so helpful and knowledgeable. She even gave me a lift to show where the beach is. Nellies has Hot water showers, I asked for and got extra blankets; there’s a fridge, microwave and toaster oven and 24 hour hot water for coffee or tea. Air con 24 hours.
