Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PhilippinesThe cousin I'm with didn't like that the lights are only yellow, but I'm fine with that. I tried using Netflix but when I was about to watch the chosen film, it said something about "not in household" - the one that appears when a Netflix profile is shared.
I like the peaceful and nature-friendly exterior. It's very relaxing and the room is spacious. I like the safety as well since it's a gated building. If ever I have commitments in QC area again that's near New Manila Suites, I'll surely book again here. Thank you!

PhilippinesThe only problem I had , was transporation set up by the lead employee to the airport at 1:00 am . Probably due to the language , he didn't understand English well , failure of communication , I came close to missing my flight .
No breakfast that I was aware of .I always stay here , a peacful setting in the middle of a hectic crowded city !

It was self contained so we did our own cooking. Food locations were close by so we could by from those as well. Hospital was very close as well. Loved the atmosphere in the hotel , very homely. Staff were always helpful at all times
