The bedroom is glorous but lacks storage space, so a lovely place quickly becomes cluttered. I think some small units for storage would enhance its beauty during a stay, maybe we are just untidy! The food served to the villa was cold, and we had to ask for this to be remedied, which the staff did so on the next delivery.

The place is wonderful, the villa, its bedroom and bathroom were spacious and top notch from the point of comfort and luxury and the private pool was very lovely. The staff were friendly and sociable, our stay was made even more pleasant by their presence. The Mangrove walk and bar and sunset are beautiful.

There wasn't a beach but the was a long platform through mangroves which allowed for viewing great sunsets

We found it misleading that there is no free bikes at the property, nor a gym. You need to travel to South Palms to use their gym which is quite the distance. The location was nice to be away from the busy area but found it required us to rent a scooter to get around. The mangrove walk was kinda average. Breakfast was average, much prefer a buffet and you have to pre plan what you want to eat and what time the day before.

Large pool, good happy hour for cocktails, would recommend the margaritas half price! The unit was huge and everything smelt so nice, would love to know what washing powder they use! Nice welcome drinks, and helpful staff.

Amazing: beautiful villa, with super big and confortable bed, full window at the bathroom overlooking the back garden. The mangrove area si so beautiful, the sunset also great..However they do not have a beach area, but you can take tuk tuk to their sister hotel South Palm Hotel Panglao, wearing a bracelet and enjoy their private beach

The spa can get a bit noisy but if the music is turned on it tunes it out.

Beautiful hotel with a magical bamboo walk. We had a room overlooking the bamboo walk. It was nice and stylish. Staff was very friendly. There is also a spa on site, as well as a restaurant.

Everything was beyond our expections, the facilities were very clean and the room was very comfortable, the pool area is very inviting. The photos don't do justice to this place, in reality it looks more lush and private. The staff was very friendly and wellcoming making our stay enjoyable.

Bathrub needed re-grouting, edges had mould. Bathroom was very hot and humid and did not cool down Toilet flush strength was weak. On-call/Guest (not internal) spa thetepist was terrible (staff massuses are decent) Restaurant Staff service was inconsistent, sometimes slow, difficult to communicate with or forgetful They should use eco-bottles in bathrooms rather tiny sample bottles (plastic waste) Towels were not very white.

Ground were beautiful Swimming pool was good temp and well maintained Resturant food was good. So was breakfast Decor was good Staff strived to be helpful. Mangrove walk was lovely. Nice flower details Villa was spacious.

The food in the restaurant are expensive and not great. We reserved for room including breakfast but it not worth paying for breakfast meal

The Laundry was very expensive !!! Almost 150$ for two medium bags regular clothes!

Did not always clean the room (before 3pm) or at all. We had to ask for water because it was not refilled in the room. Expensive food menu. The location (Panglao) is not very central in Bohol. It is rather a small island in the south of Bohol where all of the nice hotel resorts are located. If you want to explore the island by bike/scooter, I recommend to search for a more central location on the island of Bohol to avoid long distances.

Nice pool area. Friendly staff. Mangrove Walk. Comfortable bed. Welcome drink. Good assistance with our needs. Among the best breakfast we had in any hotel.

Stunning property! Went to their sister property (south beach?) one day and were happy to return to the gorgeous North Zen property again in the afternoon. Thanks for the wonderful stay
