AustraliaWe found it misleading that there is no free bikes at the property, nor a gym. You need to travel to South Palms to use their gym which is quite the distance. The location was nice to be away from the busy area but found it required us to rent a scooter to get around. The mangrove walk was kinda average. Breakfast was average, much prefer a buffet and you have to pre plan what you want to eat and what time the day before.
Large pool, good happy hour for cocktails, would recommend the margaritas half price! The unit was huge and everything smelt so nice, would love to know what washing powder they use! Nice welcome drinks, and helpful staff.

The mangrove area si so beautiful, the sunset also great..However they do not have a beach area, but you can take tuk tuk to their sister hotel South Palm Hotel Panglao, wearing a bracelet and enjoy their private beach

Beautiful hotel with a magical bamboo walk. We had a room overlooking the bamboo walk. It was nice and stylish. Staff was very friendly. There is also a spa on site, as well as a restaurant.

GermanyDid not always clean the room (before 3pm) or at all. We had to ask for water because it was not refilled in the room. Expensive food menu. The location (Panglao) is not very central in Bohol. It is rather a small island in the south of Bohol where all of the nice hotel resorts are located. If you want to explore the island by bike/scooter, I recommend to search for a more central location on the island of Bohol to avoid long distances.
Nice pool area. Friendly staff. Mangrove Walk. Comfortable bed. Welcome drink. Good assistance with our needs. Among the best breakfast we had in any hotel.

AustraliaThe rooms could have had better tv services, (no streaming) capability. There was very limited utensils in the kitchen, no tea towels or wine glasses. Overall, the room and bathroom were comfortable, but could be better to match the rest of the resort which was top-notch.
The facilities were very nice. The pool, restaurant and environment were very comfortable. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful and pleasant. The restaurant food was also very good.
