There was no water in the room but there was a cooler where we can collect water. However there was no bottle or jug to put water. Had to take a glass to the cooler. It a bit inconvenient

The food! Found quite disappointing...lacked variety and quality. The breakfast was quite good but after that...not so good. The one time we went to level 4 for lunch.. half the menu was not available. .ended up best meals we got were from the North Park noodles opposite

We asked to be changed to a studio with no bath and a walk-in shower... This made our stay far more comfortable.. so thank you The studio was spacious with good amenities.

Breakfast is 2* - need urgently to improve ! I never saw such poor spread of breakfast for 5* hotel ! Thats a shame

Parking garage narrow and prone to car dents and scratches. Also bath tub shower in Masters BR on a 2 BR suite is too high. Dangerous...

They didn’t answer when I messaged them about using an airport shuttle service. It wasn’t a big trouble, but sad that nobody wrote back. Also when we used the late check out they said it would be the half of the room price, but we were kinda surprised that it was more than our actual night stay, because for the actual I got the booking discount, so the surcharges was more expensive than our actual night😂. That’s why I give it an 8 instead of 9/10

The facilities like swimming pool, onsen spa and fitness were great! People were very friendly and breakfast was included! Our studio was amazing, very impressed how big it was. And we were able to do a late check out till 6pm, so we could catch a flight in the evening.

Reception is not that connected in details - especially when this booking is done via Booking.com. I was given the more expensive rental rate when checking in, and they have to validate multiple times to confirm the rates I was given via Booking.com. This can be an unpleasant or surprising experience for travelers who may not be so fluent in English.

Location is great. Minimarts and restaurants deck the surrounding areas so it's easy to pick up snacks and travel items you may have forgotten like toiletries and such. It is located in the same building as I'M Hotel.

Water in the shower didn’t get really hot but the showers in the Onsen were fine.

Check in was a little infuriating: 1. When we booked our stay on Booking.com it stated that pets were welcome, and above the price for our selected package/room it said something along the lines of “Pets allowed - bring your furry friend with you during your stay!” - so of course we arrived with our dog excited to be able to bring gil with us on a trip. On arrival they said there is a 3000 peso almost £50 per night fee for the dog. This was extremely disappointing and was not at all indicated on the listing. We had to travel 2h total to leave our dog with a friend and come back to continue checking in. 2. We were then told during check-in that there was a 9000 peso deposit to be paid. The listing clearly states a 3000 deposit... I also could not pay it with my debit card and they would not turn on our wifi until we paid this (annoying as I wanted to connect to wifi to transfer funds). These issues lead to a very long, awkward and anger inducing check-in (another person checking in at the same time was even more angry and threatening to call the police), that left us with more money out of pocket during our stay. We also brought laundry with us as our room had a washing machine which we spent the first 6 hours of our stay messing around with because: 1. It had not been connected properly to the water system. And 2. Turns out it was broken and engineer ended up replacing the entire machine later when we still couldn’t get it to complete a wash cycle.

The room was great, very clean, a comfortable bed and seating, big tv with Netflix (though the tv in the bedroom did not have Netflix), good kitchen and great bathroom with bath/shower combo, great view from the balcony. Breakfast buffet that was included in our package was great quality with lots of choices. Great pool area, spa and friendly staff.

1. The shower bath is combined. After every shower there’s a lot water coming out from the tub. It can’t be fixed as the design of the shower and tub are totally wrong. 2. Bidet is also leaking. Asked them to fix, but they just cleaned the water and it’s still the same! 3. No bottled water inside the room, which is okay with us, but at least they should have provided a pitcher not a small glass so that we don’t need to go out and refill our glasses. Water dispenser is next to the lift! 4. The room that they gave us was still not yet cleaned! How can they give a keys without cleaning the room?!!!!

I like the 5 star ambiance of the room. Bed and pillows are comfy.

I hated to be charged extra 500 pesos for cleaning towels!!!! First time in my life an hotel charge extra for "so called special cleaning of towels! Reception staff informed me they will report my complaint to the management.....

Sign your life away with disclaimers for swimming, gym, anything that moves including your balcony door to open it and a high security deposit. Never been anywhere with so much paperwork and rules!!!!
