Bed is just foam mattress and pillows the same. Very uncomfortable sleep because pillows so hard.

It was super clean and had everything you needed. Mattress was so comfortable and I slept really well. The host is delightful and very helpful with anything you need. Location is nice - dining area overlooks the sea directly and you can swim from there. I would recommend this place and would stay again for sure.

This isn't really something we didn't like, it's just a minor issue that could be addressed. There wasn't a wardrobe or drawers in the room, so we had to live out of our suitcase. It was fine, however a little more furniture would be good. Also the TV was on a wall where you couldn't watch it, again not a problem as we didn't miss watching it, but sometimes it is nice to just relax with a programme and have a siesta.

The location of the property was amazing, right on the beach, in fact the balcony overhung the sea. There were also stairs down to the beach from the balcony/breakfast area. You can also walk out to restaurants, the main road with shops and along to the Fort. Free water and coffee were available at any time, just make it yourself and there were also snacks available for a fee. The room was lovely and clean and the staff very sweet. The hotel had a very homely feel, as though you could relax and do as you please in all of the communal areas. If you don't mind getting up early and the tide is right, you can walk out on the beach and watch the sunrise, which is spectacular.

Nothing really, it was good value for money

The staff were great, if you stay the definitely ask the owner for recommendations, her restaurant recommendations were all excellent. They arranged a tuk-tuk driver for us who was very nice and cost very little. They arranged the whale shark tour with zero fuss, the driver also helped with the queueing process. The view from the guesthouse is also great. All in all a great place to stay if you're in town for the whale sharks, I'd recommend it.

It's all good here. Note, this is the main Oslob town. The whale shark thing is in the next town over. But this town worked better for me. Everything I needed is here.

The owner was kind enough to allow me to borrow his motorbike to visit the nearby attractions. It has steps that lead to the sea. Upstairs and downstairs sitting areas with open views onto the sea. Nice place, nice people. They arranged some Whale Shark viewing so that it went smoothly. Thankyou. They also have water dispensers that give a choice of hot or cold water, which is a very nice touch.

The Lodging House was easily accessible. Away from the main road and very quiet with total ocean front terrace. The room with ensuite was very clean. Great wifi. The friendly staff were very accommodating and informative. They even arranged a (tricycle) driver who guided me on the Whale Shark dive which was fantastic. Complimentary tea and coffee. Restaurants are close by. Oslob is a friendly little township. I'll be back!!

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. We went to see the whale sharks and they organized everything really well for us. We were able to make our own breakfast afterwards on the terrace. The bed is very comfortable. We really liked the town, must less touristed than other places we've been, sleepy, working town. Hard to find a beach to spend time on....worth a visit and this is a very good stay option.

The hotel staff is very nice, everyone wants to help, it's important to them that you have a good and pleasant stay. They explained to us about the "Whale Sharks" activity, they ordered a shuttle for us at 4:30 in the morning so that we would arrive on time at the beach. Clean rooms, the hotel is clean and shiny. Just success. I have no doubt that I will return to visit this hotel. Full value for the price

The property was literally on the ocean. A fantastic balcony to read, relax, socialise or have a meal. The coffee and tea was free and they even supplied boiling or cold water on tap for everyone who stayed there. The property is close to 7Eleven and town. Plenty of fresh bakery’s open 24 hrs only 100m away. The owners made sure we got the best seat in the house for Whsle watching and made the tri to Sumilon island and Tumalog waterfalls easy. Even offered to organise the ferry to Bohol for us and check on availability. The ferry to Bohol leaves near the church which is only 800m away. Perfect stay.
