We arrived in the hotel 7am and our check-in is 2pm, it's a very long time.

I was not happy with the service of their Guest Associate, I think his name is Jess. He was not accommodating neither approachable. First impression last. :(

There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property, just need some improvement maybe in terms of the heater and charges. The water is not consistent in its temperature. The charges for stain in towels, bedsheets, etc are not just. What if there’s a kid and its not intentional to put some stain, right? (Some) 5-7 star hotels doesn’t have this kind of charges.

The property is near in all establishments, burnham park, cathedral, SM Baguio and session road.

Water in the evening and morning never got above tepid. First time in 40 years traveling that I've ever been charged individually for sachets of coffee, sugar and creamer. As all rooms are above a mall and off a cavernous hallway with no carpets etc, any sounds are amplified and echo over long distances.

Traffic in the area of the hotel is terrible because of its location and its parking is very limited. you may find yourself parking outside the building. They also charge us for a small stain in the bedding.

location is ok, its a street behind the city center, so everything a tourist needs is nearby plus the hotel is part of a commercial building so mild shopping and a few resto is just in the ground floor

I stayed at the hotel 2 times in the month of FEB 2023 for the festival. Both rooms had a leak in the sprayer for the toilet. Had water on the floor both times. They might have to upgrade to a better sprayer. But other than that hotel was just fine.

It was very close to the sessions RD. Close to all the things I had to do. Great internet it was around 75 DL and 65 Upload speeds.

There’s a cash deposit upon check in. I’m used to fast check out where I don’t even have a stop by the front desk. since I had to pay cash deposit, I needed to stop by the front desk to collect it. what if I forgot? I wonder if they will credit my account for it.

We have stayed for 2 days and we never had any problem. DAY1 was Sunday the staff was accommodating. We have no parking since we were early for check in and the hotel was full at that time. But the guards assure us that they will look for a safe spot to park, and we were able to park safe. The room was already available at 10am even though the check-in time is 12pm. When we travel, we look for the basic (Bed & CR). But you gave the best Bed and CR. It was clean and feels like we are home. DAY2 we received a call if we want a room cleaning service. This initiative was a good gesture for guests who are staying in any hotel. We appreciate it. We highly recommend this hotel! Good Staff, Good Location, Good Service, Excellent room and Value for money is 10/10! Special mention to ate Lady guard for making us feel at home.

The bathroom could have been 30cm (1 foot) wider so the door could completely open inwards without hitting the sink, or alternatively the bathroom door could be hung differently to open outwards - I think that would be better for ALL bathroom doors because I've read stories of people who collapse inside a bathroom against the door and cannot be easily helped (just saying).

Convenient location to Session Rd especially during the Panagbenga flower festival and to the Dangwa bus station for transport to Sagada which l wanted. The facilities and staff were great as you would expect for the price. Check out at 4am was no problem. Baguio can be a little chilly at night so I just added the spare blanket from the unused bed in my room.

Hot shower, not that working properly, but no issue its fine with us. We didn't bother to ask reception to check it.

Its our 2nd time here! Location wise, 5mins away to session road and SM, got wifi. Very comfortable, we feel like we don't want to go back Manila... ✅️ Hot and Cold Shower ✅️ Very clean rooms ✅️ Staff are all friendly ✅️ Resto available until 5pm (i think) ✅️ 24hrs security, got CCTV along all floors ✅️ Water dispenser, available all floors ✅️ Parking, yes!

Room is very spacious. Bed is super comfortable. Aircon & heater works well. Love that the Superior Double room has 2 workstation. Front desk staff are very accommodating and very pleasant to talk to. Very good location, near SM Baguio, Session Road & Burnham.

It was a bit noisy because i can hear the vehicles from the outside, i hear the washing machines during late night/early morning. The water heater is not working pretty well (can only heat up up to 34deg C.) which is not enough for me bec of the cold weather.

Leaving the hotel was a breeze because we went downhill. Going back to the hotel was a bit challenging because we went uphill. The traffic in front of the hotel is busy.

Room was clean and spacious. Tile floors. Furniture was simple and provided enough storage. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was updated and clean. Loved the raindrop/overhead shower and handheld shower as well as the water heater and strong water pressure. First night, the water in the bathroom drained very slowly it created a puddle. The drain was fixed immediately after we reported the problem. Staff are courteous, attentive, and efficient. Hotel is close to Session Road, Burnham Park, Public Market, cathedral, hospital, food, entertainment, and shopping.
