No trash bin, soap dispenser was a bit broken, and wifi doesn't reach the room. But it's quite alright, we made do. We still got a good deal.

It's truly a resort up in the mountain area with a big pool! The room and bathroom were clean. You can buy food and necessities from stores nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Noise from swimmers and other guests. This was after midnight. Hope that you have a noise curfew since you have overnight guests as well.

Place is okay. Decent and clean. Just didn't expect that the noise from swimmers at night are still present even after midnight. It's a little disturbing to other guests. But all staff are good and accomodating.

I can't remember how many times I went back and forth just to ask for the voucher password for the wifi, it's very inconvenient that they will give you a voucher and will prompt that it's already been used, they should have discarded all the voucher that's already been used instead of keeping it. Also please do include how much the security deposit and if the entrance would be excluded. There we're no life guards or look out specially on the upper part which one of the pool is located. A little bit of renovation and paint will make the resort a bit inviting but the room was nice and one of the staff was very accommodating name was Mel. Thank you

Too much crowd in the premise, but I guess its because of the long holiday. Separate fee for swimming at their pools.

We were initially booked in Superior Family Room but requested to change rooms due to the VERY NOISY AC. Its so loud and disturbing, we cant even stay long in the room.

Your post online. Once you post Resort, means the accomodations charge should include the swimming pool entrance fee.. not only the hotel. You promote that its a resort, that is why it should be included. Super hassle.

There is no phone to call a room service or at least a bell and no food. If you will go outside there is 7 eleven which is just 3-5 minutes walk.There is no wifi in the hotel room.

I like the heater and the pool but the pool was not included in the rate that I paid. It was on sale so we paid 1063 with fees and taxes. It is good for bagpackers.

The swimming pool was not included in the package you'll pay it seperately. No trashcan inside the room. Not secured parking lot space, someone try to break/steal the side mirror of my motorcycle. Additional the red OYO pillow smell like saliva.
