We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It's truly a resort up in the mountain area with a big pool! The room and bathroom were clean. You can buy food and necessities from stores nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Place is okay. Decent and clean. Just didn't expect that the noise from swimmers at night are still present even after midnight. It's a little disturbing to other guests. But all staff are good and accomodating.

PhilippinesI can't remember how many times I went back and forth just to ask for the voucher password for the wifi, it's very inconvenient that they will give you a voucher and will prompt that it's already been used, they should have discarded all the voucher that's already been used instead of keeping it. Also please do include how much the security deposit and if the entrance would be excluded. There we're no life guards or look out specially on the upper part which one of the pool is located. A little bit of renovation and paint will make the resort a bit inviting but the room was nice and one of the staff was very accommodating name was Mel. Thank you

PhilippinesThere is no phone to call a room service or at least a bell and no food. If you will go outside there is 7 eleven which is just 3-5 minutes walk.There is no wifi in the hotel room.
I like the heater and the pool but the pool was not included in the rate that I paid. It was on sale so we paid 1063 with fees and taxes. It is good for bagpackers.
