There was a cockroach. The toilet flush was not working. The toilet was a bit dirty. The sink faucet was leaking. Well I don't think people should expect much from this price range

The faucet on the sink is not working, the toilet flush is not working. No towel and toiletries provided . It seems that water heater is not functioning . I was not able to sleep soundly. i cannot find the blanket . good I have my own personal things on hand and i brought my own toiletries .

The bed is spacious for one person, the place is cozy. The location is fine , near churches and souvenir shops. The place is near the highway where one can commute easily . the place is one ride away from the commercial center. Many churches are just nearby.

The property is very accessible to the city, just a couple minutes to pink sisters church. Transportation to the skyranch and other tourist destinations is accessible. Near to the some restaurants.

Not the fanciest hotel to stay in but this is definitely a recommendation for someone looking for a budget friendly hotel. Hotel is clean, staffs are very kind, and location is very accessible. The family room (8pax) fits my entire family of 12 including kids. They didnt charge us for the extra pax. I understand the airconditioning didnt go too cold because we exceeded the number of pax but we didnt complain because we only went there to sleep and it did its purpose when we are sleeping because it went cold at night. There are quite a few sari-sari store outside too. So if you are a big family with a tight budget looking for just a place to sleep and freshen up, I recommend this place.

The towels are worn out, the room is very small and has many ants and seems like they are not properly cleaned. The restroom is very very small that it is difficult to move around.

The location as it is easy to commute from the Inn to different tourist spots.

I didn't like the staff especially the guy staff, Rod. He never assist us and he was just sitting there. Lazy. No customer service. Not even pleasant. He is primitive, no culture.

The bed is too uncomfortable. There were too many ants. I woke up too early than planned because it was too noisy: neighbors and weldings

Cheaper compared to other places near the vicinity. The shower has hot water. The room has a cable tv. Convenient when you have motor vehicle since the parking is right under the rooms (motel-type inn) and the inn is just 50m from the highway. But not ideal for commuters like me. Not totally safe for a solo-traveler like me since the gates are always open and any person can just go straight upstairs to the rooms.

The wash room in our room (8pax) needs cleaning. The drain is not enough to empty the water in the floor. Could've checked prior to the booking.

Awesome experience! I liked that the parking is enough for our 3 motorcycles. Easy access from the main road. Receptionist is very accommodating! Towels and bath necessities were provided. Food offers would've make this more perfect!

The bed is not comfortable. i can feel the frame slats (metal bars) through the mattress. The bathroom is too small that everything gets wet after you take a shower. No place to hang clothes.

All the staff are very accomodating. (specially ate Gina shes an asset to Oyo Family). The rooms are so clean, location is perfect and great very accessible, my entire family was very happy. Now i have a place to stay whenever i get back to Tagaytay, Oyo! well recommended.

The blanket placed on my bed has a strong scent of efficascent oil, as if the previous user of the room had a massage in that exact bed. OYO personnel just folded the blanket again for the next user. We complained and gave me a new blanket which smelled like not thoroughly air-dry. Also, the bath towel smelled like feet. We are so disappointed and probably will never go back to this hotel.

per my companions, the following needs to be improved: there’s small ants in the lavatory, no lights in the entrance to the room and entrance to the bathroom, aircon is loud in one room thus they were not able to sleep well; aircon is not functioning well in another room so it was hot in the room, water supply is not strong especially in the morning.

Staff is a LIAR. They had the problem of double booking even I was already FULLY PAID. HE HAD THE AUDACITY TO SAY THAT THEY WOULD BOOK US IN RED DOORZ AS COMPENSATION BUT INSTEAD TRIED TO BOOK US IN A SLEAZY HOTEL. THE NERVE OF LYING IN FRONT OF MY FACE. NEVER BOOKING THERE EVER AGAIN. STAFF SHOULD BE FIRED!!!
