Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

The hotel is nice, clean and very comfortable, plus it’s right in the beach. Looking out from the dining/bar area makes this a spectacular place to stay. Food menu is great as well with an excellent selection of German beers.

United StatesIts a bit pricey for its location and offering. Its a beachfront property but the beach is not exceptional, its clean and well maintained but given that its not white sand, it didnt give that pristine vibe. There is no quick way of getting there but to drive from any direction.
We liked the buffet breakfast, my nephews enjoyed the variety of food especially the german sausage.

Hotel is beach front and hotel breakfast is facing the ocean. The restaurant serves the best meals we found in this little beach town. People came from other hotels just to eat at their restaurant :) Our room was like something you would see in Southern California in one of the small beach towns along the coast. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was good size, and it met all expectations. The pool is also so much fun! We took 1 day off from the beach and lounged at the pool for 3 hours. Beautiful pool and only hotel I saw in the area that even has a pool. Great hotel and cannot say enough good things! Final Rating: 10 out of 10

PhilippinesSome of their restaurant staff were snobbish, didn't listen to us when we requested for a follow up order and just simply walked away from us. During breakfast, one of the female staff was snobbish and not approachable at 7:00 am and we had the feeling like she didn't want to work and reponded to my inquiries in a "mataray way" and as if she was angry. She refused us to eat in one of the nipa huts with an overlooking view of the beach and informed us that it was already reserved (despite the fact that we already informed them the previous night our intention to eat there for breakfast) however, up to when we finished eating, there was no one in one of the nipa huts and we could have eaten our breakfast there and somehow made up for the unfortunate experience with them.
The front desk (females) and guard staff were super kind and approachable! The beds were super comfy and the room was spacious for the 4 of us. More so, the airconditing was perfect! The toilet was clean and provided us with all toiletries , towels and others we needed. They also gave us complimentary water which was nice. The front of the room also had an area where we stayed and relaxed for a bit. The food (breakfast) was just right. Wifi signal was okay and reliable.

PhilippinesFood can be better like the way their steak was cooked (we ordered medium) and the halo halo ingredients was bare minimum.
Staff was very accommodating when we requested to used their huts for an extended happy hour. They were supposed to close at 10pm but they let us use it until midnight while providing us with stuff we need - glasses, water, ice. Also, their kitchen was already closed but they reopened it to take in our pica pica orders. Thr live band also extended by almost an hour to take in song requests from our group.
