The service wasn't the best. No welcoming sentences when we arrived, no introduction. Probably due to the lack of English of the women. Her son was very helpful and understood us well. Our included breakfast was very basic. Plain pancake without anything (no slice of banana or syrup), toast with omlette without a slice of tomato or cucumber.

Our room was very clean and spacious. We could see a liitle bit of the ocean. We liked to have a water dispenser directly in front of our room on the third level. The location was perfect as it's a 2 minutes walk to the Nalu Surf Camp where we rented our surf boards. They made us pancakes for breakfast. We liked the location and our room and extended for a fourth night. For our departure they organised tricycle and breakfast before 5 o clock, which was great.

Guest do not have a complimentary water, at least on arrival will be much appreciate, i suggest it to the staff, because most of the guest travelled and commute from far place.They can ask also for a deposit from guest to secure for a thing inside the room like an electric kettle and no need to pay for a 350 pesos for borrowing it.

ONLY THING WE DIDN'T LIKE, WAS THE WATER, NOT THAT STRONG.. THE AC IS NOT THAT COLD, BUT IT WAS JUST FINE, REMOTE CONTROL WAS NOT WORKING SO WE HAD TO CONTROL IT MANUALLY. OTHER THAN THAT ALL GOOD. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I booked 2 rooms down floor near each other but I get 1 down floor and the other room is in the 2nd floor— and I asked the receptionist ( staff) if there’s a room available same floor and the is so staff gave same floor ( to get the same floor I need to add 700 hundred pesos. ( I add 700 hundred pesos to get the same floor rooms).

No soaps were provided for all the rooms. The bins didnt have liners and were left on the bathroom counter. Airconditioning was very loud.

The aircon is not designed with the size of the room. It's a bit hot even if it is set in its max cold temperature. The comfort room has no exhaust and the bathroom drainage has the tendency to totally clog. Lastly, the lights are too dim.

The property is way near the beach.

we were bitten by small insects in the bed, we couldn’t stay there for the entire time it was unbearable. We explained the situation to the front desk and asked for a refund, they made a phone call and said the management said no refund. ☹️

I reported the broken door knob in the toilet, no water in the shower and no hot water. No action has been done about it the entire time we were there.

The staff were accommodating and the high pressured water in the tap.

If I were to suggest an area for improvement, it would be the Wi-Fi connection, which was occasionally slow and unreliable. However, considering the overall experience, this minor inconvenience did not detract from the quality of my stay.

The location of the Pacific Waves Inn (Annex) is absolutely perfect for those seeking a beachside retreat. staff has no clue what they are doing. didn’t have the booking in the system since they only use a notebook, didn’t even know breakfast was included in the price I paid so they ended up delivering rice and egg every morning to my door (there is no eating space). It took them 24hours to fix AC and WiFi, and apparently they host parties at night which makes it hard to sleep.

The staff thought we stole the room keycard, because we were late to check-out for 2 minutes lol but it's okay we can never be too careful

The room is spacious and the facilities/fixtures are all working. The beach is also literally a minute walk from the location. Parking space is okay too. Worth the price!
