The air conditioning. Very noisy, but slowly it still cools.

The staff and the manager did all the trick for us. They helped out a lot and answered all our needs and questions. The massage services are spot on too. Very good value for money.

The bathroom was not deeply cleaned. We booked the van to Port Barton with them and we had to wait 2h versus the initial schedule so I don't recommend this service unless you have plenty of time.

The room was big with a very nice view. Amazing common areas with a nice swimming pool. Nice food at the restaurant but no way to pay by credit card.

The one thing we could think of was the themperature of the pool, which was a bit too warm, but no dealbreaker at all!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the manager, who was honestly one of the nicest people we’ve met in the Philippines. The rest of the staff did everything they could to make us happy. You truly couldnt ask for a better experience!

For anyone staying a few nights, this hotel would best suit couples/groups that plan to hire their own mopeds. Otherwise, you have to get a tricycle to the bay/town. On my first night, the curtains had been open all day, and the room was very hot. Unfortunately, the fan is really loud, so it was hard to get a good night's sleep. The following day, I kept the curtains shut, and the room was a lot cooler - I blasted the fan for an hour before bed and was very comfortable. The poolside airbeds could do with a wash, and sometimes the restaurant/bar bathrooms didn't have toilet paper.

The staff are very helpful. During my stay my phone fell into the sea and needed to be charged wirelessly. The manager sold me his wireless charger, which is not a device commonly available to purchase in Palawan. This was incredibly useful as it would've been really difficult for me to get to my next location and accommodation without a phone. My room was spacious, and the shower was hot with strong water pressure. The hotel food is good quality and they offer cost-effective cocktails and friendly poolside service. The hotel is close to the airport, and a great choice for a stopover.

We had a room where there was no mirror, only in the bathroom and there was also no TV. We also couldn’t leave the tiniest bit of food or wrapping because there were ants. The shower head also didn’t work properly. Our first night we didn’t have WiFi connection in our room, only in the restaurant and the hallway. But somehow we did get WiFi connection the second night.

The staff is extremely friendly and the room was very good value for money.

The air conditioner is a bit noisy. Maybe a little bit more attention to cleaning would be helpful. Still some ongoing work in progress.

Great staff, good food, amazing view from the balcony of our room, the owner is very communicative and always willing to help. The bed was very comfortable. The pool is small, but very refreshing in mornings.

The property is still under development. I think the price for the room was a little steep for the lack of amenities the property offers.

We only stayed a single night not even a total of 9 hours at this place so I can only contribute a small amount. Wifi worked well, bed was comfortable enough, the shower gave hot water and the A/C worked. Staff was very kind.

Not a complaint but just to note there is ongoing construction works due to a pool being constructed. This will be a great addition to the hotel. Scooter or tuk tuk required to get to more vibrant areas of town

Dark blue walls make it very dark and scruffy looking. Could do with a general update. Breakfast only from 8am to 10am so leaving at 0745 for the regular daily Manila flight at 10.25 means no breakfast. Location weirdly set back. Noisy AC.

For now it’s too big, doesn’t seem to be finished. Our room was not very complete and restaurant not open. There was a police conference while we were there so the entire lobby and restaurant was packed with officers. Made us feel quite uncomfortable and forced us to stick to our room with balcony (that all officers were constantly staring upon). Felt a bit too big and quiet. During the day there was so much security at the gate, at night all gates were open without security.

The staff and particularly manager was very nice and helpful! The hotel had a nice view and seems good potential in making it an awesome accommodation. Room and bathroom were spacious and we had a nice balcony!

The view from the hotel room is amazing, exactly like the pictures. The staff were really helpful and were very prompt in guest requests. It has a good value for money considering the premium views of Puerto Princesa Bay.

Nothing really ,you need a tricycle to go to the mall or à restaurant but they are so cheap, around 150 philippino pesos .

The manager and his staff are super helpful ,to book a van,tricycle,tour...just super nice.They dont have à restaurant but they can organise delivery food with à wonderful restaurant,doing pizza and gréât pasta.
