the receptionist talks so fast explaining details of our stay its as if it was a waste of time for her to talk to guest... we were upset about it. not good since they should be welcoming guest properly. she also mentioned an additional payment. it may be a small amount but then it was not explained what it for since the stay was already paid in advamnce. i recommend having you have a talk with your staff specifically the people at the front desk. it was quite an irritating experience.

The electricity outlet does not support international plugs, and the hotel does not offer adaptors.

The staff are nice, particularly the security guy who assists us when we checked out. It is also nice that they trained interns. It is nice that they support the sustainability initiative of burning calories by using the stairs, but it does not help the senior guests because mataas ang stairs and they dont have lift. Cleanliness - the hotel is quite old, and the switches have dirty finger marks that accumulate due to a long time. The toilet is the same, and the grouting has built up soap scum. Food - set menu nya, the offers unli rice, but the ulam is for 1 serving only, so you have to buy additional ulam kung malakas ka kumain Facilities- they have a water heater, so be careful if you will take a shower lalo na if you will wash your hair Location - 7 mins away to Burnham Park and steps away to restaurants like Sizzling Plate

The first room given to us had a very noisy air conditioner. We were transferred to a second room that has a non working air conditioner. We were transferred to a third room that is meant for 1 person. We were told that the hotel has no more room and the choices given to us is either take one of the three rooms or seek a refund and look for another hotel. The booking was for 3 nights over the weekend and many hotels were fully booked. We were very upset with the way the hotel responded and refused to accept a refund. Finally, we were given a fourth room. This room is a bigger room and the air conditioner worked perfectly. We were thankful that the hotel did not charge us extra for the bigger room but we were already very stressed by the whole episode. The hotel should not have offered the first 2 rooms considering that the air conditioners were not working.

The hotel is located near the centre. There are many food options. The park is also within walking distance.

The location is near the center of the city market place and burnham park. A lot of restaurants around the area. Room was spacious for three people. There wifi in the room was strong.

During my stay the road is ongoing repair and also hotel do not have elevator! So going up on the 3rd floor is difficult especially if you have something to carry!

Location. Very convenient to food n Burnham Park. There is booking fee for grab n taxi in Baguio. You can easily flag a taxi outside hotel.

In our first night, we booked a quad rm for 4 but it was too small. There is poor wifi on lower floor. There is no hairdryer in rm.

Location was excellent. Staff and security guard were helpful and friendly. Breakfast served is Filipino breakfast but you can ask if you prefer western breakfast.

The location was great. The breakfast was amazing, however only the fried rice and the coffee were limitless. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and professional. The rooms are comfortable except for the shower, which has insufficient hot water and makes showering uncomfortable. The cold water made us all scream and shiver.

Been working on hospitality industry for 16yrs and the most important working on this industry is HOSPITALITY 📍 how to accommodate and welcome each guest. When we arrive at the hotel the RECEPTIONIST i forgot her" name i ask her if the hotel can arrange tour for us and she said she doesn't know? I said okay but when i look in the bulletin beside reception there's a poster for a tour 😏. I ask if she know any nearby area where we can reach for an tour agent and she again that ' i don't know' which is red flag already. She doesn't even try to be polite infact she said to her colleague that she's irritated!!! What a hospitality 📍

You have to pay for toiletries, soo if you ask for 1 extra toilet roll, you have to pay the whole toiletries pack. It doesn't make sense.

The hotel policy about the breakfast is bad and not clear... It's make us not eat our breakfast complet in the first day bcoz no one tell us it's plated and can't take a little more food
