Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful and private location - well maintained across the grounds and beach. Excellent facilities with great staff. Breakfast was very good with a great selection.

Ideal place for those seeking private getaway with the family. Place is definitely serene and less crowded than other resorts in Panglao. Food is 5/5, even for our picky toddler. Breakfast buffet options is limited but not overwhelming and different everyday, which is a good thing. The game room and the spa kept us preoccupied during our stay.

LithuaniaBeach area could be looked after a bit more, all the seaweed could be cleaned by net to make it more approachable to get into the water. Beach (sand) is cleaned daily, but not the water entrance area.
Very nice and quiet place, perfect hotel to escape all the noise and relax. Breakfast was nice, hotel restaurant serves delicious food. WiFi works well; gym has a beautiful view and has enough equipment to get a workout in; spa was great and very good pricing; game room is also located in a nice place - beautiful views while playing some games. All the area is looked after and very green. Cave was a nice experience. Tennis court is well looked after. We loved our stay and wish we stayed a bit longer.

New ZealandThe food and services were not up to the standard of the hotel. Food was low quality, and at dinner we waited almost two hours for the last dish to be served even though the restaurant was not at all busy. Because the property is slightly remote compared to other options, it wasn't convenient to travel outside for food so the restaurant was a big disappointment.
Our villa was excellent, the room itself and the view was really beautiful. We loved the outdoor tub and the pools which also had an incredible view. Live music on some nights was great.
