My fiancé and I stayed here for a week for our anniversary trip and our experience was absolutely incredible! Before coming, they had arranged our airport pickup so it was not a hassle for us to go to the hotel. Upon leaving, they had a van drop us off at the airport free of charge. They have van transfers at certain times to go downtown or they can call a cab for you. You can also ask the front desk to rent a motorbike which we did, and to our surprise, it was actually new! My fiancé loved driving around the city with "his" bike 😂 The resort was very relaxing with an amazing view. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We got 2 complimentary massage each because we stayed for a week and it was just what we needed! There's also a gym but we never checked it out 🙈🙊 As for the food, we liked them but it would be great to see more selections on the menu. Also, we got transferred to another room which is just the same as the first one, except the balcony didn't have flowers and we kinda missed it haha! So we'd recommend to put them on all balconies because it makes the place more vibrant. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would go back in case we visit Puerto Princesa again in the future!

The accommodation isn't near the city, but there is a free shuttle bus into one of the local shopping malls. We only stayed one night so didn't want to leave the property and just enjoyed the facilities.

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Even though it was only for one night. On check in the staff were attentive and we enjoyed a welcome drink. We loved our complimentary 30 minutes foot massage, it was extremely relaxing. The dinner was delicious, we had pizza and pasta. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and well maintained. And every staff member we encountered during our stay was professional, friendly and very helpful. And the breakfast in the morning was generous.

The restaurant food was very disappointing witch is such a shame as there isn't any alternatives within a short-walking distance, also the drinks menu is limited and trying to get a gin and tonic was impossible. this place could be a gold mine just needs a few things sorting out.

The property is perfect just the customers should learn how to behave and be more quiet around the pool ! Maybe a good idea to put a sign Silence appreciated after 10pm around the pool

Everything about the resort was excellent - from the coordination from the airport, welcome drinks, welcome massage to the accommodations. The team coordinated all my excursions, arranged for special meals and took care of all the details effortlessly.

the restaurant food and drink drastically need improvement, the menus is basic in all aspects even the drinks menus is poor. struggled to get a gin and tonic. we paid we paid £25 for a bottle of wine and it had gone off it was so old.

Its a minor gripe but the hot water was a slight problem - having to wait eight minutes wasted a lot of water and this issue really needs addressing. However it did not spoil our our stay.

the food was a disaster. since the hotel is out of city we didn’t have many other options nearby to go for dining out . so we had to eat at the restaurant pretty much for 3 nights . we tried different items on the menu and none of it were great . the f&b staff are really hard working but there hard work is getting ruined because food does make a lot of difference. hopefully you will do something about it .

the staff were very polite , professional and they went over and beyond to make the stay comfortable. the location is a bit out of the city centre which makes a perfect getaway place to unwind .
