The staff was super friendly and the food were so good . The resort provided free transport as well to get to the main town and also can sort out tours and transfers. 10/10 would recommend and come again.

communication and management needs to be better. They forgot to pick us up from the shopping centre. Their driver assured us he could book us a tour to el nido but actually did a dodgy deal with us for a travel package and the booking company forgot to pick us up at 4am. They should not be letting their own staff do different tour packages which reflects poorly on them when things go wrong. Only officially done through panya should be the painted picture.At checkout they accused me of not paying for an extra night and tried to over charge me. They had to call Ira on her day off to confirm. Then said ok sir we believe you she confirmed you paid so we wont charge you, 2 minutes later tried to charge that same night again, had to ring her again and confirm she remembered me paying. As if the last 5 minutes did not exist? It was like speaking to a gold fish, the manager stood there and said nothing. They advertise in their email brochure a beach which you cannot even go to anymore, so they declined, but then felt bad, so organised it just for us anyway. so we we paid for it, but the driver took us to the wrong beach and we had to correct him. Communication should not be that bad between them. there was actually more issues with wifi, broken tv, power outages etc etc but im still being really nice to give an overall 8/10 as it was a nice resort and staff, they just need to iron out really basic things in management. and promote IRA the lovely lady who is on reception.

overall. a great experience. its a stunning resort. great location, really beautifully built, well run, friendly staff, good facilities. the restaurant food is good the pizza is amazing! will stay again. Ira is the best person there and she needs to be promoted to manager as the other staff and current manager are not as good when dealing with issues and have to go to her anyway for answers.

We liked everything. We had a minor problem with the room that was quickly resolved.

Everything. It was tranquil, with amazing views. The room was clean with a good shower and hairdryer which we really needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great massage at the Spa and drank cocktails in happy hour and swam in the pool.

The best place I`ve stayed on Palawan (several locations were changed as per travel plan). Fascinating nature and territory, beautiful, clean pool (sun loungers are always available); tasty breakfast (good choice); good restaurant with delicious food and good prices. Rooms are big and clean, Staff was friendly and helpful. SPA - good (hotel presented us free massage for 3 days + booking). Wi-Fi - excellent. We`ve rented bike on the reception w/o problem and for good price. Good choice of tours (well organised). This is place which contains all You need or want. I`ll be happy to return.

Mybe not beaches arround ! You have to noticed that to get to the beach is 1 h with car !

It was excelent stay in Panja Resort ! Staff just perfect! Wievs and ambience is just breathtaking! I enjoyed every moment here! And SPA massages was outstanding ! My masseuse was very professional and calm ! I gain here my soul peace again!

This is a fantastic place just a little out of town but wow what a wonderful place, all the staff with no expectations where fantastic and very friendly and helpful I would like to see a few more options on the menu and the bar opens a bit earlier. No place is perfect but Panja is getting right up there, thanks for a wonderful time 😀😀

Everything, the staff are always kind and friendly. The place was calm and peaceful. Laundry service was fast and affordable. The scenery is picturesque and the pool was always clean. They had security at the parking lot and the gate 24/7. Truly a great service provided. The food - oooohhlalala; chef’s kiss! Try their pizza and sisig- one of the best in town. Exactly an escape away from everything. Ps: the free massage was a huge bonus!

We loved everything!!

Wow, the resort is fantastic, but what really makes it special is the staff. My wife and I stayed over New Years Eve, which is also our anniversary. I wanted to set up something special for the two of us for dinner, and was working on it with the manager, but I missed a message and therefore unknowingly didn't respond, so when we went down for dinner they didn't have anything set up for us. It was totally my fault, but within minutes they had a special candlelit table set up for us in a quiet spot - PERFECT!! They had a great singer playing live for New Years, and he gave us a special song to dance to. Seriously, the staff had no obligation to go so out of their way after I screwed up, but wow, because of them we had a fantastic anniversary! This is just one of several examples where they went out of their way to help us. The view for the resort is fantastic. Just so you know, the resort is a short drive out of town, but the rural setting was quiet and peaceful! I can't say enough good things about it!!!
