Breakfast choice is quite limited

Amazing & friendly staff, location is prime - short tricycle distance to El Nido town, great & cohesive hotel design throughout & rooms are minimalist and really nice, sunset was gorgeous from the beach club.

We just suggest to update the menu, specifically the breakfast, because most of the days, few things were never available.

Sometimes you could feel a sewage smell around the swimming pool.

I found two things annoying there: 1- a very bad smell near the pool that spreading for one day. I think it was caused by some issues with the swage system. 2- they were expanding the area I guess. So, all the times we were there, there was constant noises of construction nearby which made it difficult to relax near the pool. (It was not heard in the rooms)

It was exceptionally clean and looked luxurious. The common area, pool and restaurant I believe better and more beautiful than the photos. The staffs were polite, nice and very helpful. The foods and drinks served in the restaurant were all good and delicious. The prices obviously more expensive than the town nearby but I think absolutely worth it.

They didn’t tidy. So when we had a few beers on the bench outside the villa, the beers stod there until we left the hotel the next afternoon.

I usually never write reviews, but this time I am happy to make an exception. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time here. In terms of accommodation, this was by far the highlight of our trip to the Philippines. Everything was fantastic, from the breakfast to the dinner, from the pool to the delightful lounge beds in the beach club. The absolutely stunning sunset was the cherry on top. I would like to personally thank Eunice and Jeppy for their excellent care during our vacation. They are such lovely people. I wish everyone could have an experience like we did. Once again, thank you for everything, and I wish the entire Panorama team lots of happiness and good health.

They didn’t stop me from leaving.

The rooms style and quality workmanship was better than the pictures showed. But the best part about the property is the people who work there. I didn’t meet the owners personally to give you an idea of how they treat the staff. They had tattoo artist, giving all of the staff tattoos if they desired at no cost to them. The staff was friendly and warm and helpful. This created en environment of peaceful tranquility. But the vibe with the music, excellent drinks and food made this a fun place to watch the sunset and rise and shine for breakfast. The staff offered my husband, the opportunity to get a tattoo too. The tattoo artist is one of the best. Check out the picture of him doing the tattoo for my husband. I would definitely come back and stay at this beautiful property.

- The staff is really distracted and not attentive. Forget orders, long waiting time even if the place is empty, forget bills or ask you to pay twice - The reception could be much more friendly with the guests - The internal pool is dirty - They take a significant mark up on the tours, better book in town - The trash deposit right at the entrance of the hotel it smells and it's not so pleasant

- DJ set and sunset view are great - The room is spacious and confortable - The food, breakfast and cocktails are good

Exceptional location, directly connected to the bar and restaurant facing sunset. The room are very bright and stylish with aircon and a fan, all overlooking the small pool.

- beach from this place is not so nice, but only 5 min. driving are several good beaches - we had regularly some ants in our room (not too bad, but I think the doors are not completely tight/sealed - in the bathroom is one side not sealed with window, just metal protection with plastic foil (should be closed completely from my point of view)

- rooms by itself are very nice - view from the restaurant bar to watch sunset is amazing - breakfast was very good - stuff is very friendly

It is located right on the beach, you can swim, but you will have to walk very far in the water, to be able to swim. The water in the room has a strong iron taste, and is far from the cleanest (but there is additional bottled water, which is regularly replenished). The Internet in the cafe area is not very good (although it is excellent in the room and in the pool area), there is almost no cellular connection, which does not allow using the phone to share the internet.

The best hotel in our entire stay in the Philippines! Surprisingly there are only 3 stars, should be more. Very beautiful, modern design. The staff is helpful, very friendly, everyone knows their business. Clean, can see is being personally monitored. Delicious food and a quick solution to any of your problems or situations. Sunsets are simply mesmerizing, delicious cocktails. Despite the fact that the hotel is located close to the road, there is no noise, and the "neighbours" are not visible. You can only hear roosters, but they are everywhere, so they do not disturb you. There is a refrigerator with drinks in the room.

We had some issues with water pressure in the shower but after a few days it must have been repaired.

This property is so conveniently located with a short tricycle ride into the main part of town. Located on a beautiful beach with plenty of restaurants around including their own. The daybeds in front of the beach and by the pool were fantastic to lie on all day and read a book
