Maybe just the hot water in the shower. Not sure if it was working. Overall, it was an excellent stay still.

Very comfortable stay, staff were very accommodating and friendly, we were also able to utilize the common kitchen.

Staff were amazing, treated you like family Nothing was too much trouble, they even got us medicine when my 12 year old was sick. Absolutely flawless. Location was perfect Pool delightful, accommodation clean and spacious. They offered every activity and no request was too much, eg meal on premises, boat trips, hiking. Kids loved unlimited free ice cream, we loved unlimited free water and coffee and secure premises 24 hours. We can't wait to go back with family and friends We travel the world and The Appartments El Nido was superb including value for money. Thank you

the property is very convenient to the shops and restaurants as it is in town. Their free coffee and ice cream is awesome. My family loved it! The staff of apt is so helpful and accommodating to all our requests. Kudos to the team especially Kuya Gary. We look forward to coming back again! The apt made our holiday as memorable as it can get. They offer speedboat tour as well which is one of the highlights of our trip. Amazing Team! thanks!

I like that the place is prettier in person. Exactly everything you need is there. The staff are really nice too. Even the guard is realiable. There's coffee vendo machine and the water dispenser is safe from dust. It's good that they have a long table outside and garden set chairs and table in the pool. They also have blue light devices for mosquitos everywhere, even inside your rooms. We booked the connecting units for 8 pax, so we really have enough space, although we were out most of the time. The bed is the best! You wouldn't have that in any hotels or other airbnb that offers a group accommodation. The units, amenities, and the whole structure are well designed. I highly recommend this for family with kids or seniors. Perfect place to stay. Since the location is very near Hama St. We had a lot of options for breakfast. But because of the great deal, we opted to have a buffet breakfast at Cuna Hotel, across our hotel. They have the perfect view of the beach while having breakfast. Also, we booked our tours at Frendz Hostel, which is also across The Apartments. I told you, everything you asked for is in this accommodation. Worry Free. Did i mention that they do have pool towels! Cute! ATM machine is inside Cuna Hotel, it's safer to withdraw there.

The staff are very friendly and accomodating, Capt Bong is very helpful from the day we came up to our last day in the apartment. He arrange our tours, he even guide us to where we could buy and eat food. The security guards on duty are also kind to us. The locals are very friendly. This Apt is highly recommended.

There are frequent power shortages in El Nido and consequently you can't cook in the kitchen and you also can't use the washing machine. Luckily there are laundromats and restaurants nearby.

The best thing about staying here was being able to have an interconnecting family room with our friends, and the private speedboat tour around the islands in El Nido. We also enjoyed the complimentary icecream and the pool.

Mosquitos. But they have provided repellants in each room. Just bring your repellant sprays/ lotions additionally. Could be a common issue for Palawan as a whole and not only at the property.

Big space. Modern facilities with pool. Well organized from airport transfers to boat tours. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

1 toilet in the room had a problematic window that we were unable to close. The mosquitos entered from this window. We were unable to tell it to the management as we were in a rush all the time for the Island hopping tours A and C.

It was just in the center of El Nido. The room we stayed was "Big Lagoon" and it was really very big. The room was very cosy. Also the hotel had 24 hoursecurity. The staff was kind and smiling all the time.

Felt luxurious! It’s also a great location to all the shops and restaurants. Conveniently walking distance to the beach and tour meeting point as well. The staff is wonderful! The apartment location in El Nido town is convenient for the selection of restaurants and tricycles to get around, but it’s noisy at night. Bars had music still pumping at 6:00am; luckily we brought earplugs.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We felt safe with 24 hour security and staff on site all night. The apartment was cleaned upon request and staff were quick to accommodate any request.

Don’t get the chance to enjoy the pool coz we’re so exhausted every after the island tour. Their beds are inviting and we rather lie down than to try their pool.
