Sometimes the receptionist is ignoring your presence. They did not greet you..but the security and bell man they are great.

Everything about the place is nice. The ambiance is good.. I love the water despenser that's near the elevator. The location is accessible to the mall.. The breakfast is great. I will definitely stay at their hotel again. Soon

Not much shade in the pool area, but that's okay. View from the rooms were not very scenic. But other than that, everything was good.

Pool was primary consideration for booking. Pool was not well maintained. Green tint on Friday not treated. Algae green on Sunday and closed for maintenance. Preventable. Asked to speak to management, desk employees did not comply. Paul was polite and professional but unresponsive.

Shampoo and body wash is placed a little high.

Breakfast is good. The room is clean and comfortable. Hotel is just across SM Iloilo. Staff are friendly.

The shower door was not keeping all the water inside so it spills/leaks making the outside space with the sink and toilet to flood.

It was a great and relaxing stay for our family. Loved the location, food, staff service & all the facilities. Will definitely come back again soon.

We were travelling for over 24 hours, with 2 kids and expected to arrive almost midnight. I had informed the hotel about this when I booked. When we got there, we were too exhausted. The lady at the reception was well aware of it, but didn't even offer any assistance for us. I had to unload 4 luggages (over 30kgs each), a trolley, a pram, 4 backpacks off of the vehicle; wasn't even offered a trolley to put the stuff on... I had to grab one myself. She didn't even ask us if we needed some help; she was just busy on her computer saying she had reports to finish. So, since she couldn't be bothered, I had to call my brother-in-law to help us get the stuff to the room. It's the first time we've checked into a hotel where we have not been assisted with our luggage.

Staff is very, very kind and friendly. Room size is perfect for the family.

The view from our room wasn't that great. We were also expecting 2 full beds, but we got 2 single beds (maybe just a miscommunication - lesson learned for next time.)

food has a lot of choices but sadly, they do not taste delicious. With Iloilo becoming a food trip choice for even locals, your hotel breakfast spread does not live up to it

Bathroom trash can - unhygenically inefficient; gets stucked almost every time because of the plastic liner; a simplier one would suffice. Towels- you can tell by it's grayish color that it has seen better days Clogged sink at room 516, but was transferred the next day to another room. A drying clothesline in the bathroom would be nice for the wet swimwear to dry.

Perfect location; strollers and wheelchair-bound guests will have an easy access from hotel to SM mall Staff was gracious to requests especially Ms. JESSA and Jimmy Housekeeper was very prompt and friendly Standard room was comfortable Free accesible potable, refillable water per floor Staff at the buffet breakfast was very quick at refilling and assisting Security was attentive and courteous Lobby smelled fresh, not over powering Pool area was clean and enticing NO roaches, mosquitos and ants in the room
