I was disappointed that there were few things that was not clear upon check in. One of which was the washing machine. It was one of the things that made me choose this place initially since we will be staying longer. When we arrive the washing machine was missing. To install.they have to charge extra  & another charge for daily use they call as rental fee( which blows my mind,I never heard of such arrangement before). Second, they asked for a deposit upon check in. I know we will get the money back but at least mention that so guest can expect pre-booking stage. Third, I remember clearly that when I booked the room , it had balcony mention on it. I even printed a picture of the room itself. Upon check in, they told us that balcony is for other room configuration. I was hoping that it would be a good spot for my elderly mother to sit when she wants to get morning sun. We still accepted the room despite all of these. We were just tired from the long flight and we just don't have the energy to argue or negotiate for anything. We statyed in RM# 1506. The room needs some serious maintenance care especially the bathroom & kitchen fixtures. The faucets and showers were calcified,  it was blocking the water from coming out. The plumbing is clogged on the sink. Water sits and drains slowly. The ceiling needs repainting. Grout needs touch up. The 2nd bathroom has plumbing issue; the faucet was loose and the toilet bowl was leaking water. As for the kitchen, the cabinet door fixtures were loose or wiggling when you pull it. It needs repainting as they look beat up & nasty. Rooms need sound proofing. We can hear all the noises outside including the elevator,guests coming  and going, staffs talking loudly on their walkies and even the fire alarm that run out of the battery in the hallway. Ugh, it was painful. . Dining table is too small to cater a large family.

Great location, easy access  to the roads and stores in a quiet corner of Alabang with the beautiful sky and mountain view.  I give this hotel an 9 because of the great people working there from the front desk, restaurant, security & cleaning staff. Shout out to Eric and his fellow servers in Bistro Ceilo. Thank you for attentive assistance.  We loved the buffet breakfast. Food was delicious and had plenty of choices from Filipino, Korean, Continental or American dishes.   Free parking space was convenient ( though maybe tight and limited). The modern Spanish interior was nice.  Reminded me of the hotrl we stayed in Madrid. They kept their aesthetic true to their name. Room was clean, spacious,large enough to cater families of 5-7 pax. We had the room with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The living room was comfortable with enough seating area. We'll lit.  There were alot of storage places for clothing & kitchenware.  Our room has a great layout with practical furnitures and fixtures.We appreciated that it has wooden floors. There are electrical outlets near areas where they are needed( though may need some USB ports).   A/C was very much strong and very much appreciated especially when it was extremely humid and hot outside.   We loved the big windows( with thick curtains for privacy & block too much sun)  and high ceiling. The bed linens were clean, soft and smooth( felt like they were even ironed). Appreciate they use refillable toiletries. Bathroom towels and bed linens smelled fresh and clean ( although they are thin & some are worn out). Kitchen had most of what we need to be able to cook. Price was reasonable considering the space and convenience it provides.

Rooms are very large, Everything you need is available in the room, kitchen etc. Help is always available from the staff. Check in is fast.

It’s at the center of everything else around Filinvest - you can walk around and having Commerce center across the street is very convenient. Staff was really accommodating.

About the parking it takes a lot of time you need to check in first before getting your car parked. And a minor issue with the guard as we are about leave the hotel. But all is good.

Room is big and spacious. It is nearby malls and restaurants.

The rooms are poorly soundproofed. I could hear all the noise from the room next door.

At1793 the stove is not working welll. It takes longer to cook since heat from stove is not good

Restaurant food was fair. Pancakes were not fully cooked. We waited 45 minutes for our al a carte breakfast. Coffee was very light and we found percolator turned off.

Location is fair. A little far from the airport. Room is nice and clean. We had everything we needed. Staff is nice and very helpful.

Building is a bit old so the facilities are not somewhat good anymore. The unit where we are in are not that clean. The breakfast was just very simple but it was okay though. The pool was also dirty and did nit have any restrictions for swimming attire.
