It’s a 10 to 15 minute walk to the city “centre”, which wasn’t a problem for us (a tricycle is also easily arranged).

Had a fantastic stay here. Room was clean, good airconditioning and nice shower. Staff members were extremely friendly and so happy to help. Really went the extra mile to arrange tours/taxi’s or whatever was requested.

The only downfall of the property is the slightly bumpy road in and out - but that was easily overcome with tuktuks picking us up outside.

The staff were so lovely and helpful! They made us feel very welcome. They organised our two day trips - which were both exceptional. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and the rooms were very modern with a large bed. Breakfast is served outside your room and they were able to organise us tuktuks and airport pickup and drop off, which saved us a lot of stress when landing in Cebu! We had an incredible time - so thank you all so much for making it so special!

A bit of a walk to the main strip, through a little village which can be confusing if your don’t have a good sense of direction. A pool would be amazing! Definitely needed ear plugs for the the roosters next door.

Nice clean and tidy rooms with friendly staff. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay!

I truly reccommend the place. The room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and comfortable as well. We stayed there 4 nights and every day we were warmly welcomed by great staff members. The Pawikan Boutiqe and people working there made our holiday more pleasant. Breakfasts were very delicious with tatsy shakes. It is very close to the beach with a beautiful sunset so there is no need to walk to Panagsama Beach.

The slit on the bottom of the door lets insects inside, could place some styrofoam to prevent that from happening :)

The stay was great, nothing we didn't like :)

The staff welcomed us upon arrival and were very helpful and accommodating. Bedroom and bathroom was very clean and modern. Aircon worked well and was quiet. The walk to the main road was short however the hotel was in a private area which was nice and quiet. The next morning they made us breakfast on the porch which was so tasty. They were very helpful when we needed to contact our next hotel as well.

Maybe location, is little bit out of everything, and you need vehicle to get there or to go places.

Nice accommodation with amazing breakfast. Room was very nice and clean, everything in Greek style. We did not spend much time there, only one night, but we would definitely come back.

If I had one thing to say, maybe the location of the hotel is a little remote from city center. Not really walkable, but it doesn’t matter, the staff can arrange transportation!

Very clean, modern and good service!!! This hotel is really nice and the staff makes the difference. They really take care of their guests. They made sure all of our requests were fulfilled and even organized a transfer from Cebu City for us. They also helped us to book one tour. The breakfast was also really good. There was a restaurant just beside the hotel and it was very nice. Nice view on the beach from there.

it lacked a garden and trees that would make hanging out by the balcony, the bar or the hammock inviting. it's very hot without these. ang init sa balcony. even during breakfast, the sun was directly on us. add a tree. the yard looks empty. consider making it look like carl's inn in bantayan. we love it there. we didn't go out to do sightseeing because the inn was fabulous that we only wanted to stay indoors. there are some facilities that needs attention... have hangers, replace the bathroom sink faucet (the design flushes the water directly to the user to get wet)

upon check in in the room, we felt great. it was very quiet which ic exactly from we needed after the sinulog in cebu. the room is very clean, surprisingly very spacious and the staff were kind, friendly and eager to help.

we didn’t realise it was the villas that had a pool. It was a bit misleading as we were surprised when we got there.

We were staying over Christmas, so it was quite noisy with the neighbours having a karaoke party but all in good spirit. The place is a fair walk away from the town centre.

Lovely friendly guesthouse. Very friendly and helpful and attentive staff. Comfortable and clean room.

Location - a bit isolated (can be good or bad depending on what you're looking for). It's far from restaurants and stores. The roads are unpaved and horrible. There is one neighbor who gets very enthusiastic with the karaoke. Thankfully, she shuts it down before bedtime.

The staff was exceptional - friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. My room was very clean.

The location is 800m from the main road and there were a lot of stray dogs along the road (they were not aggressive though).

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was super polite and joyful! The breakfast was good. They also helped us with laundry and motorbike rental.

There are a couple of noisy animals nearby but they supply you with earplugs.

The linens and towels were excellent! Super soft and fluffy! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We loved staying here. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They arranged a tour and transfer for us at a great price. We felt really safe and comfortable staying here :)
