The hostess is simply the best! Me and a friend decided to book a different tour than originally planned quite spontaneously and she helped us to get it sorted quickly. There are a few nice cafés and and bars close-by where you can get breakfast and it‘s just 30min by Grab car from the Cebu Airport! The private room was amazing as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Really nice staff who were helpful and welcoming. Location isn't bad. Near a mall and one of the nightlife areas. Dorms pretty good, a/c working well so was possible to sleep.. cute place overall and good value.

Peach Haven felt more like a homestay. The family that lives there is very welcoming. I stayed in a private room with a private bathroom. The room and the bathroom were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One of the best showers and sleep that I’ve had after traveling around The Philippines for three weeks. Also, their kitchen is well equipped and open for use. 10/10! Salamat, po.

The mattress was super comfortable, everything very clean , the owner helped me with the script and give suggestion about my tour plan . She is really an incredible person . Helped also with a SIM card . The room was very clean and comfortable. I felt at home .

this hostel makes you feel at home because of the staff and the owner is so accommodating! they shared to me their food, that was so nice! and without telling them they make sure you are comfortable... they have free treats like candy & coffee! you can also sing along because they have videooke!

I should’ve stayed longer - but not enough vacation leaves (ugh)

I went back to Peach Haven Hostel. It’s my 3rd time booking their accommodation. I just love the management - hospitality at its best. Customer Service is top notch. Ma’am Joy and Ate Anna always ask us if we’re hungry or thirsty (they offer free coffee and biscuits). Even the other guests are very welcoming too. We were invited to have a barbecue dinner somewhere near the hostel. We had fun and food was tasty and affordable too. Rooms are clean Comfortable bed Aircon is quiet Toilet smells nice High pressure of water Situated in a quiet neighborhood Motor rides and car lift are available ( angkas; grab) If you need something- you just need to ask Ma’am Joy and Ate Anna.

Since the room has only 1 shower and 1 toilet - you need to plan out your day - meaning you need to have a shower early in the morning or late morning because everyone is in a rush. This is not a setback. It's just an FYI

Mam Joy is a joy to be with. Even with Ate Anna Marie. They'll treat you like a family. They always offer food and coffee.

1. The System Error during booking was too frustrating that we had to pay for the date changes that was not even our fault. It costs us a lot more in the end. 2. The gate key mechanism MUST be included directly during Check-In instructions, because it was quite a nuisance for us not knowing it beforehand.

The room is very well-equipped, modernly designed and very clean. The location is BEST and the staff is very attentive to our needs. Great value for the money too!

The owner Joy is just the sweetest person! She is very welcoming and caring. She likes to share her knowledge and helps out, where she can. My first night we went to a food market together and shared the dinner over talks about our life's, the other day she shared some carrot cake with me. It was my first day in the Philippines and I couldn't have thought about a better start to my time here! The place in general is clean. I love, that you can use the kitchen as well. The location is very close to the center, but still in a quiet street. It's easy to meet other travelers here, but it's a relaxed vibe, so it doesn't get too loud or crowded. Aaaand you even get a hot shower, which doesn't happen often in the Philippines

It was such a wonderful experience staying at Peach Haven. As it was low season, I had the female dorm room to myself. It was spotlessly clean with AC and fan and own bathroom. Anamarie looked after all my needs, preempting what I may want and generously offering me drinks and biscuits and even a whole meal! Best of all was the peaceful and friendly vibe. There were several long term guests staying in the adjacent house and they made me feel like I was part of their “away from home” family. I highly recommend staying here.

There are too many bunk beds in the room. It was a hard to move. And I wish there were curtains too for more privacy.

That I didn't have more time here!!

Went here to celebrate the Sinulog festival, but I ended up staying at the hostel for a few more days because I really fell in love with the staff. Such warm and beautiful ladies running the place, and I really felt like home in their presence. Joy will go out of her way and even further than that to take care of her customers. I wish that I had longer time in the Philippines so that I could spend more time here. Would totally go back in a heartbeat if I find myself staying in Cebu City!

Amazing spacious double room with a TV, its own kitchenette and mini fridge. Certainly very good value. The dorm looked a tight squeeze as too many beds crammed into a small space so I was very happy to have the private room. Staff are very nice. Drinking water available. Washing machine and dryer cost 100pesos each per use. Or there is a clothes line drying area. Guests can use the kitchen to cook simple meals - nothing grand but basic and functional. Instant coffee sachets provided free. Snacks provided free - a nice touch. Location is walking distance to restaurants, cafe, supermarkets. Wifi worked well.

I would have prefered to sleep in the lower bunk of the bed but beside from that everything was expected.

I had a pleasant stay. Very hospitable staff, clean and comfortable. There are restaurants and supermarket (Robinsons) nearby. You can also cook your own if you like. Will definitely stay again when I have the chance.
