My family and I have been to pico Sands Hotel for soooo many times. This was our 1st time to stay in a condo, just so to experience its vibes. At first, I was hesitant to book a condo, but when I saw Ms. Cynthia's property I did not have any doubts, I immediately secured her property. When we got there, Ma'am Cha was with us to accompany and assist us in checking in. I thought it would be difficult to transact at the country club (because we used to always check in the picosands hotel), but it went well. After which, we headed to the condo, available covered parking for 1 guest car only then another car can park nearby the condo. Then, when we got inside, it was a beautiful, clean, very homey vibe with complete setup, from pantry with utensils, cookware, up to the condiments, Ma'am cha even gave us a complimentary snacks, starbucks coffee pods and a souvenir notebook. 😊 (super thoughtful!) 👌 The rooms were also clean, hotel-like beddings and piilows with tv and working area. The bathroom on the upper floor was complete with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, fresh towels, and a hair blower! Oh, did I say there was also complimentary lotion perfect for after bath. The whole bedroom, living room, veranda, patio, and full kitchen were perfect for the whole family.

I am grateful to Ms. Cynthia for being very accommodating, very kind, and understanding. There are so many freebies, and she gave me a gift on my birthday! The house is very beautiful, very clean, and close to the beach and swimming pool. Definitely, my family and I will come back. Very satisfied here.

Very clean, well-organized and the place has complete amenities. Perfect for families! The place is a few minutes' walk to the beach and is also a comfortable walk away to the pool area and restaurants. The owner is very nice and easy to deal with. This is our second stay at this accommodation and standards were kept high! It was a very relaxing stay.

The place was amazing. Had the best location just a few steps away from the beach. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms/bathrooms and well-equipped and organized kitchen. We had the best time even if we stayed only overnight. The owner was very accommodating to our questions, good to communicate. Overall it was excellent. Definitely would book this again for our next trip to Pico.

My family really liked the place since it was very kid-friendly especially we have a toddler and a baby with us. The owner offered and provided us a high chair, bath tub and a crib. Other than that, they provided fresh linens in the bedroom, clean towels in the bathroom and I also noticed that the throw pillows and cover on the sofa also feels clean and fresh. My kids hangout a lot in these area. And they have a sterilizer for the plates and kitchen utensils and at least I know the things we used were sanitized before we came. We also love the location since the loft have a good view of the lake, we love to eat outside during breakfast and it’s also quite near the beach. The place is also very homey and I think it’s the right size for my family. We are a total of 5 adults and 2 babies. Overall, would definitely recommend this place. The owner was also very accommodating and organized in providing us the details before and during our stay.

The place is good, but the wifi can still be improved. Also, we didn't get to use the coffee machines because there's no easy visual guide on how to use it.

The place has a perfect spot between the beach and the country club. It's easy to go anywhere. The place is exceptionally clean and fragrant. It's also spacious. I also like that the place has an android TV, I get to watch HBO movies at night.
