The dinner buffet at Lagoa restaurant can be improved.

My family and I love the condominium unit. It is so clean, so comfortable, and very beautiful. We like the swimming pools, so many and the water temperature is just right. We like most the kindness of the host Miss Marie and Janice and all the staff at Pico De Loro. Definitely, we will come back and stay at the same unit.

I like the place itself. It definitely is the right place for me and my family to stay. I like the pull out bed, we used it as specific area for our 1 year old son when he play and watch his favorite tv show. It's low and safe for him. I also like that there are children books. I used it to entertain my little one! I like that everything is available for cooking, etc. The price is also "so sulit" for our 3 day and 2 night stay! Thanks much!

This is my 3rd time here in Pico and so far this is the unit I liked the most. The owner and ate Janice are both accommodating and friendly. The unit is clean and complete with what you'll need for your whole stay. Will definitely book here again! Thank you!

The registration process was too much of a hassle, took us 20mins before we were registered. The facility staff (not the unit owner's staff) have asked us to pay extra for the environmental fee, 200 per head. It was not indicated on the confirmation email that I received. So I showed it to her, that's when she acknowledged the right price that we booked. Card payments only in the restaurants. There was no trolley to help us move our things. We waited too long for a trolley but to no avail. We have to carry our things up to 6th flr, good thing a staff helped us carry 1 bag when he saw that I have my 3 kids with me too. The lifeguard was rude. There was no nearby comfort room in the pool area. I tried the one near the recreational area but it was under maintenance. The ocean waves/current were too strong, you literally cannot swim even if you're just a few meters away from the shore. But the beach was clean, no rocks and stones even underwater. The food was really expensive but didn't really taste good. I suggest you bring your own food. It was really disappointing. But nonetheless, our kids enjoyed our stay and that's what's important. But this does not reflect the unit owner's service because they were really AMAZING. It's more of a feedback towards the beach club.

The unit is clean, has a perfect Lagoon view, and has kitchen appliances and an adequate water supply. They also have soap, hamper, pullout sofa bed, wine glass, utensils, rice cooker, water heater and more. The sheets were clean. Strong wifi signal, with Netflix, Prime and Alexa. The aircon is sufficient for the entire room. They don't have a proper dining table though which is understandable probably to save space, they have a bar table instead. The swimming pool was warm and the pool height is just enough esp if you're with kids. The facility has recreational areas like basketball court, tennis court, playground, etc but we never tried using it. There's a massage service but the basic one costs Php1600. The entire beach club is really huge. I like that the facility provides all-round shuttle service since the beach area is far from the building. But we enjoyed walking since the view was nice. The owner of the unit and the caretaker were so accommodating and actively responded to our messages. So I want to thank them for their warm gestures.

Not enough toilet rolls for our two tonight stay, especially the room can accommodate 6 people and it’s only 4 of us.

The room is exactly what’s in the photograph and the lagoon view is outstanding, overall we were very pleased with our stay. We can highly recommend it to our friends and family.

Beach is beautiful. Lovely setting. Lots of food options on site, with cooking available in unit. Wifi worked great. Host and caretaker were very responsive, and dealing with condo staff was easy. Shuttle available to beach, great for older folks. We were very happy and would highly recommend.

The WiFi is terrible as well as the tv reception. My cell phone data worked much better then the WiFi. That’s ok if your keeping busy but if you want to relax in the condo and watch a movie or surf the web it’s not going to happen. The drain in the bathroom sink needed attention. Didn’t drain very well. The resort itself was good but a bit expensive for what you get. Small portions of everything. Pizzas, appetizers main dishes. Food was tasty but the service is below average at best. Some places in the resort were better then others. One thing I didn’t understand was the fee you had to pay to stay here for use of the facility but then you had to literally pay for everything that you did?

The property was centrally located in the resort with a nice view of the lagoon. It was clean. The condo was very well decorated and had all the amenities one needs for a nice stay. I would highly recommend bringing plenty of supplies for cooking a few of your meals. All the utensils for cooking are available in this apartment including a rice cooker. A cooler with ice packs is also available. The air conditioner worked well. The resort had a lot of different activities. Rentals on biking,boating activities,jet skis,bowling, billiards, child play area etc. This property wasn’t perfect but would be if they could get more reliable wifi and tv. If I were to rate it on a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 9.

The host is very responsive and polite. I had so many questions because I was booking for my family and not myself but she answered all in details. The unit exceeded our expectations. My family enjoyed their stay. They said the room was very clean and complete with amenities, as advertised. It did fit 5 person comfortably. The balcony is also a bonus. It has a nice view. The unit is close to the Country Club and also a few min walk to and from the beach. It's nice to walk around because the place is surrounded by nature. We definitely will come back and we recommend this place.

The apartment needs some repairs, the tiles in the bathroom is already detached (water gets stored into seam), the shower heater does not function, clothes hanger by the balcony looks rusty.

The apartment has everything you need. All appliances function well. Pico has a good beach to swim, not so crowded. We also tried bowling facility, had some technical delay but it was solved after a while.
