There was no hot water in the tap. I do understand our accommodation was a camping ground but it should still have hot water facilities.

It was ok. I was expecting something more organic in terms of ingredients used in the breakfast.

The mattress can be improved. Maybe the hotel could provide basic soap ans shampoo? The breakfast was ok but it would be better to axd fruits and propose tea or juice for those who do not drink coffee.

A very nice green scenery with beautiful trees in the park. Very quiet location. Nice to get away of the city. They welcomed my medium size dog which I am really grateful for because at firt they said only small dogs were allowed. Will come back to try one of cottages.

Location with pathway going inside property is a long rough off road with deep tire tracks and tall grasses between them. Good we brought an SUV instead of a car that would have been impossible to enter properly. Suggest to advise guests on what vehicle to use to enter property.

Laid back place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of urban life. Nice and friendly staff who served our breakfast every morning at the porch of our unit.

I'm Okay with the ambience and the weather is relaxing but it's pricey

    • Stayed 1 night

I booked for Family House and 1 Deluxe suite for overnight stay. The electricity fluctuate and there's a blackout when we are sleeping around 11:00pm, it last for 1 hour and a half but no one bother to check us and ask if we are okay and there's no generator and even rechargeable light. We only used our cellphone flashlights. I'm just thankful because the weather is cold we don't need an electric fan but there's a lot of mosquito that's why we couldn't sleep, it's a hassle especially I have a Senior Citizen with me. Also, the water flows in the kitchen sink are very weak. We have to collect water to be used in taking a bath and sometimes we run out of water. The 2 add on beds are not comfortable to use and not in good condition. You have to fix the structure of the folding bed for safety, when you move it's too noisy. I also got disappointed because I was not informed that we can't have or make a bonfire but I already mentioned to the Marketing person that we will use it. Anyway, the breakfast and coffee are good and venue is clean.

I like the ambience and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are accommodating.

Their restaurant food was expensive. The restaurant was about a kilometer away, and we had to pick up the food ourselves. There was also a 10% service charge for the takeaway food which came in plastic boxes. We received no service other than being handed a menu and our order.

The place was quiet and very green. It is perfect for people who want to unwind, especially since there is no wifi available. The complimentary floating breakfast at the glass house was very nice, too and the portions were generous.

I would recommend this staycation for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and enjoy some peaceful and rejuvenating time in nature. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The Chicken Adobo sa Dilaw was very delish! It was our dinner! And we had Tapang Taal for breakfast and Freshly Brewed Kapeng Barako with the greenery as view! It was beyond PERFECT😋I can't wait to return for another visit. If you're looking for a chance to unplug and reconnect with nature, this staycation is definitely worth considering. Whether you're traveling solo, with a partner, or as a family, there is something for everyone here, and you'll leave feeling refreshed and recharged💖

I highly recommend this staycation for anyone looking to unwind and recharge near the Metro. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was tranquil and relaxing. Additionally, the location was convenient and provided easy access to various local attractions and dining options at the town proper. It's just 5 mins drive away. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely consider returning for another staycation in the future.

There was no hot water in the shower and no hot water kettle available. I understand that it is a glamping area but basic hot water shower should be included in the bath. Hot water kettle should be available for morning coffee at least, before breakfast is served. I booked for 2 people for the glamping accommodation but only 1 was able to come. I was expecting the breakfast was for 2 people but only 1 serve of breakfast came. I was told complementary breakfast was for the people present only. I do not agree, it should be for the number of people booked.

Breakfast was good. It was peaceful and back to nature. The staff were very accommodating and considerate.

the families pictures of the current generation in the living areas. pictures of people in bikinis. it really lost the appeal of staying in a really nice heritage house- it was really tacky. plus we paid for 2 nights stay for 11 people- so one expects water for two days and toilet paper for such a group. we had to keep asking for toilet paper. plus the owner did not tell me how far the rest of my family were going to be staying. in hindsight I should’ve canceled this whole booking and re-booked as I should’ve just booked 3 rooms. it was also wierd that she would not allow a booking for air con rooms and non AirCon rooms. as we wanted to try out the traditional Nipa huts. but those Nipa huts were too far from the main house anyway. it was a nice place but all these inconveniences did not make this a nice stay.

The heritage feel, the veranda, the cool air, and the grounds were beautiful

I like everything here at Plantacion Isabelle. This was a last minute booking and I just wanted to spend quiet time and be with nature. I made the right choice. We arrived 2 hours too early and was told to wait at the entrance. We weren't allowed to walk around and check out the area, instead we just had to sit and wait for roughly 1,5 hours. The staff was very impolite and when we finally got the key to our room, they didn't want to help with the luggage. The breakfast was absolutely terrible, so we had to buy some instant noodles. When we asked for boiling water, the staff at first didn't want to accommodate us, but eventually chose to do so. When we were leaving the property, the staff didn't bother to help us find transport from the resort. All in all a terrible experience. The prices are outrageous and I wouldn't even stay there for free in the future

Highly recommended. A peaceful and relaxing place that you will enjoy the beauty of nature. The place is really superb if you are a fan of laid back farm life. The glamping "kubo" is very comfortable even if it is not airconditioned. Everything is clean. Breakfast was super yummy. And of course, the Kapeng Barako! We can't wait to come back and stay for more than 1 night. Can't get enough of this place. Glamping is highly recommended.

I tried the bahay-bahayan, bathroom was so dirty. the shower curtain has not been washed for like years. the toilet flush was defective. the bottom door of the bathroom was in an awful state. the sink for hygiene wash too dirty to do anything. no shelves and enough hook to hang or put your clothes. you don’t even know where to put your shampoo and soap in the shower room. no toilet paper provided. the kubo has spider webs and molds. the blanket and the towels were too old to be provided for guests. I accidentally stained the sheets and the blanket as my period came and they asked me to pay 1000php for both old and already stained blanket. I didn’t mind paying if it were new sheets and blankets. the staff were great though.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The place is so relaxing, we had 10 hours of sleep. The room is clean and very comfortable. Pool is small but very clean. Surroundings were spotless. We stayed in the nipa hut and it was comfortable to sleep in even with just a small fan inside. It is a perfect getaway for family, friends, and with your spouse/partner. We even met the very down to earth, Ms. Fritzie she happened to make the stay perfect for us and we are so thankful to her. The caretakers were all friendly and accommodating too. We will definitely come back.
