There are cockroaches and insects everywhere. The place is way too different from what’s in their photos. When we arrived there are dust everywhere. Too many charges. Aside from your booking fee they chrarge additional 150 per person and asked for a 300 deposit which they did not gave back. The customer service asked me for a Gcash number for refund, I told them I do not have a Gcash account and told them I only have Maya and 2 different banks and they never replied after that. What a scam.

The first room that was given to me was so dusty with broken chair. There were only 2 (one is broken) dinning chairs for a dusty glass dinning table. The second room (I requested to be transferred to another room) has cockcroaches crawling on the walls, the exhaust fan in the bathroom (which has a broken door knob) was so squeeky, the kitchen exhaust fan was not working, dusty windows and floor, there are hidden charges that was not indicated in the postings amounting to Php150 per head for adults and Php75 for kids. (for every night of stay) and a bond amounting to Php300 (refundable if you will leave the room free from trash and organized, if not, they won't refund your 300) I recieved the refund after 2 days.. Oh, I almost forgot. The blankets provided were like 1x2 m., the the towels were so thin (as thin as the good morning towel) that when you dry your hair it will be all soaked with water. The plastic chairs are broken. No provision of tissue paper, soaps and toiletries.

I liked the ac. It cooled the entire room. The staff was respectful and responsive (in fairness) The fridge was very functional.

The staff were very rude and unresponsive at times. Not what it looks like and a lot of things in it that shouldn’t be 😂. Please do not go

Then!!!... in front of the unit door was a big bag full of garbage...yakkyyy! Then inside the until... it is pest invaded, hundreds of bugs everywhere.... really the worse I ever saw !!!! This is already criminal to rent such place out over the internet.

The screws on the door handles are loose. Door handles were moving. There were free stuff such as handsoap etc but they were 1/4 filled like leftovers. There was a defective fan. The working fan was so weak. In the first unit there was no exhaust. The second unit had an exhaust but the same was not working. Floor drain caps were moving. This can cause slippage and accidents.

THIS CONDO IS THE WORST UNIT OUR FAMILY HAS EVER BEEN. IT IS COCKROACH INFESTED, UNSANITARY, AND SHOULD NOT BE RENTED OUT. Even after spraying 3 cans of insecticide, cockroaches keep on appearing everywhere. WE FELT THAT WE MIGHT BE WAKING UP WITH COCKROACHES CRAWLING ON US, SO WE BOOKED AND TRANSFERRED TO A HOTEL NEARBY AT "10 PM" BECAUSE WE CAN'T STAND THE WORST CONDITION. WE TRIED TO CANCEL AND REFUND THE MONEY BUT THE HOST SAID THAT IT WAS NOT REFUNDABLE. We were also CHARGED ADDITIONAL UTILITY FEES PER DAY PER PERSON which was not specified during the booking and the host just texted us about it, a few hours before our arrival. WE DISPUTED THE UTILITY CHARGES & the amount was reduced., BUT WE STILL NEEDED TO PAY IT. OUR FAMILY DECIDED NOT TO USE THE UNIT AND WE JUST STAYED IN THE HOTEL, NEARBY FOR THE WHOLE DURATION OF OUR VACATION. THE PICTURES POSTED IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENT, ARE THE EXTREME OPPOSITE OF THE CONDITION OF THE UNIT.

The ONLY thing good with this property is the location because it's just across a Mall. Other than the location, NOTHING ELSE TO LIKE!

The room assigned to us was ok but turned out to have a deffective AC. We needed to transfer and it took us a day to find a new room for us. Then the new room we transferred into was bigger but looks like a storage room where their staff are staying in and where they put their broken chairs, cabinets and electric fans. There were used soaps in the toilet and half filled rice cooker. The fridge has thick ice that you cannot close the door anymore. Cockroaches were crawling all over the place. The owner were charging extra fees not advised prior the check-in, it was 150 for electricity, water, wifi/day(non refundable) and another 300 pesos which was refundable upon check out as deposit for the pass card. I do not know if the bed sheet was clean as we got rashes and itch every morning. No microwave oven, no electric kettle and I had to call them to fix the shower.

Pretty much everything. This is a complete rip-off. While the host here in booking.com only charged me ₱1300 something, there were hidden charges which I wasn’t previously advised. Even worse, the host didn’t refund me the ₱300 deposit for the key card even after saying he’d do so. I have made several phone calls and text messages to the host and the one who assisted me (w/c I believe is his sister), but neither responded. What a scam and a total rip-off. Had the worst stay ever. The room had LOTS of small cockroaches and they were literally everywhere! I bet they’re not even cleaning the unit properly, and even said they would charge a cleaning fee if it was left untidy. Heck the place was already untidy to begin with. The ad said toiletries would be provided, but no. I had to buy my own shampoo, soap, and toothpaste. I was only provided with a towel and a very think blanket which smelled like it had been stuck in a closet for ages. This wasn’t even prepared in advance as I had to wait more than an hour for this since the time I checked in. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. The sliding door in the shower area seemed to be broken. I got stuck inside but good thing it finally slid after so many attempts of fixing it (mind you, I only used the shower once since it looked unclean.) They made me pay ₱150 for the utility fee (for water, wifi, and electric consumption). I have booked so many hotels and other accommodations but this is the first time I had to pay separately for those which are supposed to be included already in the price I paid. I couldn’t even use the wifi and TV as both weren’t working! Late check-out per hour costed P150. JUST DON’T BOOK THIS PLACE AND ALL THEIR OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS HERE IN BOOKING.COM TO SAVE YOURSELF FROM ALL THESE BLUNDERS. WORST PLACE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

It is a waste of money. The smell of the room is really suffocating.The rooms were dirty. the blankets, towels, pillows and sheets smell and look like someone already used it. They have hidden charges, they will ask for additional payment for utilities 150 pesos per head. and they will ask also for late check in and also they will ask 300 pesos for key and card as refundable deposit, which they haven't refund yet even after messaging them with my Gcash details. I do not recommend this place. The floor was dirty. The place was infested with baby cockroaches, It crawled on my face while I was sleeping.. There were dead cockroaches in the kitchen counter, inside the kettle and even inside the fridge that was not working. Wifi is just ok. TV not working but no connection. The sofa bed was broken. Everything was a mess.

Evrrything. 1. When we arrive, we had to wait long to get a keycard so we can't leave the hotel and go to the mall. When it was finally given to us, it was also not working, so we had yo wait again. The one who assisted us told us that we can't get a key for the door because it's not working and told us to just leave the door unlocked if we will leave since there's cct camera in the hallway anyway. 2. The unit is not cleaned. The floor was dirty. The place was infested with baby cockroaches. There were dead cockroaches in the kitchen counter, inside the kettle and even inside the fridge. We did not attempt to use any of the appliances. Little cockroaches are everywhere!! In the cr, kitchen and even in the bedside where our 2-month old baby is sleeping! 3. Wifi is just ok. TV not working but no connection. The outlet in the bedroom are also opened. 4. Pillows inside the cabinet looks dirty too. It has stains. Same for the bedroom slippers.

We decided to transfer to another place and i ask for refund but they refunded only the 300 pesos for key and card. I do not recommend this place. better go to hop in it's very clean.
