Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustriaThe Showers - the water was really slow, i wish there was a Faucet and a bucket/ or another shower head. I really didnt enjoyed taking a shower there.
The Family room was huge, the bed was comfortable, i like that they have amenities in the room. There was 3 bathrooms and 3 showers. If ever you are a diver, there is a Dive shop(Critter Republic) beside the Hotel. And book ahead your trip to Apo Island, we didnt had a chance to go there since we havent booked ahead of time.

PhilippinesThe only thing that let the stay down was the food. Me and my wife ordered the Filipino breakfast with only 3 options only to be told the Bangus wasn't available. Also if we ordered the American breakfast..(also with 3 options,) , the pancakes and bacon weren't available either. Expected everything to be available with only very limited choices. This place has a lot of potential but needs a bit of a facelift and I believe the entire menu needs updating. Room service was expensive for what you get. We found more extensive menus with better and cheaper food in other facilities along the beach.
Pool was great, very friendly staff and the room was really big and clean.

GermanyThe breakfast choice is sometimes too limited. When they have more guests, they offer a buffet for breakfast, which then is ok. Twice the restaurant was closed for dinner without any announcement in advance. Because of the remote location, very difficult without rental car. Room service sometimes was “too busy” to clean the room.
The friendliness of all the staff is awesome. Restaurant serves very yummy food. The swimming pool is very huge and also appropriate for small kids.

PhilippinesOur major complaints would be that the floor was dusty during our stay, and that room service never came to clean the room and replace the towels. They do replace the towels upon request though. Another thing was that the adjacent room had their television on the whole time, and we could hear it through the connecting door.
I liked that the aircon was strong, and that we had hot water and ample space in the room. I also liked the availability of the bathtub. It was also nice to have a lot of tables and chairs, quite convenient. The pool was also really good - multiple levels, and multiple pools in fact, kept nice and clean. There was direct access to the ocean too.
