The info on restaurant is misleading. They only serve breakfast there, there is no dinner or luch served. You have to walk 15 min to get to an area with some fast foods.

When checking out, my family and I were waiting for a taxi to the airport. Reception staff They were talking and laughing inappropriately And they look at us I felt uncomfortable with this behavior

The major problem was how inaccessible this hotel is. Unless you plan on travelling by taxi and/or Grab throughout your stay, I urge you to find someplace else. You have to walk a bit to reach the road where jeepneys pass by and going home, there are no direct jeepneys going back to the same place so you'd have to do double and at times even triple rides. It is very inconvenient. The receptionists also have no clue how to commute to and from the place which was very disappointing especially if you are a tourist in the area. Kudos to sir guard who taught us the way! Also noticed that food deliveries in the area are a bit expensive and the nearest fastfood (KFC) is about a 5-10 minute walk away.

The rooftop view was AMAZING at night. The other reviews were right about it being a bit noisy, and I think when people used the bathrooms above us we could hear their water passing through the pipes, but the room overall makes up for it! It was clean, no weird smells, there was a mini fridge and a hair dryer. The towels were a bit old, but good nonetheless. Highly recommend if you don't mind the location!

2nd day we about to used the pool there were no notices stating that the facilities wasn't available only to find out when we about to go swimming cause the owner nephew or niece are using the area.

The food wasn't good but it's OK ! They should have more selections of food like veggies or salad, not everyone eat meat like myself I'm pescaterian.

Booked this hotel for the pool, but management didnt even contact me that the pool wasnt available at the time of my visit. I only found out upon check in. Had I known I would have booked a different hotel. Concierge told me to just book a different hotel if i’m not ok with the arrangements, but how can I book another hotel when I am already supposed to check in? They also said they couldn’t contact me because I had no phone number and email address - I made the booking via the booking app and hotels can contact me there? Lastly they weren’t offering any alternatives to the situation, I had to ask if they can offer late check out and they only grudgingly did so. Lastly, the towels smelled bad. Like gasoline.

The only thing I would improve is the breakfast. At the moment there is a fixed menu with a lot of things included (when we were there it included rice, eggs, beef, fruit). The portions are big (maybe too big). I would split the breakfast into 2 or 3 options and I would offer a lighter breakfast (also for someone that doesnt eat meat, for example yogurt or milk and oats and fruit (mangos are always welcomed :) as we dont have so delicious mangos in Europe!

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The shower in the bathroom was clean and big. There was a water tank in the corridor with cold water as well so you can always fill up your bottle.

The room is big and comfortable, with fridge, air dryer and other good amenities. The neighborhood is safe and 15 minutes drive to the relevant places in Manila, including the airport..

Room is so big, and the staff are superb especially Mark for the room service and Mariel from the front desk. AC is a lil noisy but cools the room effectively. Bed are so comfortable but the sheets can be updated.

This was the last leg of our trip around the Philippines, we only stayed here for 2 nights before flying home. Hotel is close to the airport (30min drive), a good location to visit Manila intramuros and Bonifacio High St which are the only 2 areas we had time to explore. The room was very decent, the bed comfy, the AC a little noisy but worked ok. We thought it was a really good deal given how much we paid. The top floor has a pool and also hosts breakfast, which was good and also included in the price. We arrived late one evening and left super early 2 days later; they were kind enough to have a boxed breakfast ready for us at 5:30am - such a nice touch! The front of house team was really nice and helpful, special thanks to Cielo, Mariel and Lem who were super helpful and made us feel very welcome!
