Compared to other resorts and places it was a little overpriced.

Beautiful resort in Dauin with really spacious rooms with private patios, 2 swimming pools, 2 bars, 1 restaurant, spa, views of the beach and sea, and a well equipped A/C gym. Staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful. Dive centre with amazing muck diving close by and trips to Apo island.

The Dive shop Sea Explorers Dauin is much more expensive than nearby ones Posted prices are not clear with hidden fees Nearby dive shops quote diving clearly and inclusive of all fees On the other hand, The Sea Explorers Dauin is very well organized with nice boats So I guess you do get what you pay for

Our stay was a lovely experience, the place was quiet, the service was superlative, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing, the portions were very big, a bit pricey but definitely worth it.

The wodden bamboo houses are nice but the walls are not isolated so you can here all the noise from outside. And the beds are too hard. Besides that everything else was great

The resort ic nice and the diving center is great with some really good instructors. The food is amazing and the staff is adorable.

We had initially planned to dive with the hotel's diveshop Sea Explorers but when comparing their prices to other diveshops in Dauin we were a little shocked - I am willing to pay a bit more for e.g. better equipment, but in my opinion these prices are just unreasonable, so we ended up diving with another divecenter.

Great hotel with nice bungalows, refreshing pool and good restaurant. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Other restaurants and bars are reachable within a 10 minute walk. We could also use the gym for free, drinking water is provided for free as well! All in all we had a great time!

The only downside was the overpriced restaurant considering the quality of the food, the food was just OK but tasted like cheap tourist restaurant food, so we had a first meal there and then we went to the local places to have our meals for the rest of the stay, which were not many good ones around but there was enough for the time we spent. The breakfast was fine, with basic standard breakfast options plus some international options that vary each day (I have to add, that one day they said they had Spanish breakfast that got me excited, but it was actually a Spanish/Mexican lunch). Besides that, the restaurant staff was also adorable.

The hotel was the perfect place to relax and enjoy. The environment was cozy and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. The SPA was perfect, the bar was a joy and the beach was great. A lovely place to spend vacations. The breakfast was fine, with basic standard breakfast options plus some international options that vary each day. Overall was a great hotel to stay at, and if we ever go back to Dauin, we will definitely repeat.

I didn't like the Billiards table not being level. 🤣🤣 When we tried to play billiards, the balls kept going to the right. 🤣

Me and my husband loved everything about it. The staff were amazing. All the people in the restaurant , bar, reception and housekeeping- ALL OF THEM were just amazing and kind people. They were genuine. For a hotel in Negros Oriental, there is no fault anywhere at all in this place. From the moment we arrived , the team were magnificent. The view, the teepee huts , the food.. Everything is 5 star. I work in a hotel in SG too, and I wish we have people like them. We love how the rooms really shouts PHILIPPINES with the decor of the rooms. It could be a nightmare to maintain these kind of rooms, but they did great! Comfortable and clean. The pool was in greatshape too! Even the bermuda grass! Hahaha Plus, they have a band playing during Saturdays! So even if you are not staying, you can enjoy here! The musicians were amazing! Very talented and engaging! They really made my mums birthday memorable. Will definitely be back here if we go to Dauin.

The toilets didn’t have a good smell but we saw that this is common across the Philippines.

The pool bar and the location was very convenient to reach the drive center. The restaurant was also good and we ate there almost all nights. They offer massages at a reasonable price. The staff was always very helpful.

I would recommend booking day trips outside the hotel as we were less than impressed with the prices being significant more than the local prices.

Clean, staff were lovely, our favourite was Joyna. She greeted us a lovely smile and gave us a fantastic welcome tour. Awesome private location on a stunning black sand beach. Breakfast is awesome.

Lots of mosquitoes in our room, bidet was leaking and our last night of stay we're not able to sleep the whole night due to people having party next door all night. Not being considerate people want to rest and relax and nobody tried to stop them or give them warning.

Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. Facilities are well maintained.

The food and especially all beverages are completely overpriced. A bottle of San Miguel light for more than 150 Pesos, a Mango shake for 280 Peso is crazy. Might be the reason why only a few people took dinner in the hotel. There are a lot other cheaper restaurants in walking distance.

Beautiful location with a big garden. Nice swimming pool and beach. Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are specious and comfortable, no mosquitos!
