Nothing. …If you are having physical problems than better stay somewhere else. The entrance from the main road up the alley to the homestay is partly with steep steps up the hill.

After our TAO Expedition (6d/5n) we decided to stay 2nights in this homestay. It’s like living with a family. Great view from the ‘open air’ reception/living space over Coron’s Port & ocean. Our Room had Airco and a fan. Two showers and two separate toilets available. All very clean. Free tea and coffee all day long. Tricycle to Coron town 20-25 peso per person.

I did not notice that road down-below was busy road with local traffic and a bit noisy. I wanted to stay in residential area but did not notice that roosters started to cry from 2~3am in the morning. I got used to on the 2nd day but if you are sensitive, may bother you. Only stars to get to. If you have big suitcases, you may find difficult.

Nice view with relaxing common place. Very nice and helpful owner. Instead of spending time in cafes and restaurants, I just got some food to go and eat at this home stay and enjoyed the view. Breeze was comfortable.

Lots of stray dogs/cats on the stairs up to the homestay made it awkward to get to the property. The homestay is off the main road, which has its bonuses, but also means waiting on the street for transport/tours is not ideal. Hot room, but fan worked wonders.

Water refill station and coffee available. Breakfast (bread rolls) and jam provided, which was delicious! Hosts booked us a taxi back to the airport, they were very helpful and always available. View from the breakfast area was amazing day and night.

Lizards can get inside your room but the place is all open so this is to be expected

The family is super nice, they help you with everything including booking tours, transport to the airport and even offer breakfast.  The place is clean and the view from the terrace is amazing.

Super friendly and honest people!! The ticket office for the ferry to Mindoro is superclose, also is the pier. Ferry to Mindoro only goes 2x/week (MON and FRI)

The roosters in the surrounding area were constantly making noise, but I think that's just part of the Coron experience, as they were everywhere in the town.

The staff was very friendly, and it was a great view in the morning and evenings. The room was huge, which allowed us to be very comfortable for the 3 nights.

There was a cockroach in the kitchen, but that is to be expected as the whole place was all open air to the outside.

The view from the common area was phenomenal at sunset. The rooms were comfortable and had fans to help with the heat. The family running the homestay was kind and helpful, and their two young children were adorable and sweet.

it actually took me a while and loads of reading reviews from different places but i wouldn’t regret even for a second booking purple home stay because it met all my expectations. first of all i picked it because of the scenic view and rusty look of the place, the staff are so amazing and the facilities they have are all what we needed. the little hike going up to the place is worth it.

The cocks start to crow at 5 AM and it felt like they were right next to our bed behind the thin wall from bamboo, so couldn't really sleep :(
