I cannot think of anything I did not like about our room. We had trouble with the TV remote control but this did not change our impression of the property. The sink did not drain too well but this likewise was not a problem. We were charged a nominal fee per night for the dog that we brought. This fee was not mentioned in the web. The fee, however, was very reasonable.

The location was excellent. The B and B was in the center of the City which made it a great starting point to all the areas of interest that was visited. The value for money was the best. They accommodated the small dog that we travel with.

The sewage in the CR smells bad… its smell goes to the room specially when the door of the CR is open.. Even when you are using the shower, we get to inhale the bad odor. Its like when you are in the CR you are being marinated with the smell of bad fumes. And I think they need to update their fixtures, specially the shower.

One thing we didn’t like was the lack of shower curtain in our bathroom but it wasn’t a big issue. There was also one instance wherein there was no water from the bathroom but the staff quickly provided assistance.

The property was clean and our room was spacious. The beddings were all clean and smelling so fresh. The staff were all friendly and were more than happy to help with our requests.

But here are some of our concerns: • Room facilities need improvement to make it worth the price. [More Hangers, Table for Dining, Dirty Windows (*hard to reached areas including curtains rods), Busted Lights, Poor Heater, and AC]. Food aromas were coming into the room from the kitchen below our room. *Comfort Room was okay - very clean. • We are expecting a delightful breakfast but Hot Choco was no longer available on our second morning while creamier was not available on our third morning.

The shower heater is not heating consistently, very cold bathroom. I think the water heater is broken or not of good quality, I don't like the serving of breakfast, there is nothing special on it. Our room smells kitchen, but it's clean.

We like the place especially if you want a family bonding after your travel, they have a small garden where you can sit down and bond with your family and have some drink, Staff is very nice, all request and room service are excellent granted. Food is very cheap and affordable.

The water pressure is not that strong and the door in the bathroom could not close properly.

The room was spacious and had all the amenities needed. The location was great since it is near almost all the tourist spots. The staff are also very accommodating and helpful. Their breakfast was also great.

the aircon was not working well in the basil room that it was much cooler outside than inside the room. there was a fan but it wasnt enough. we chose to book our stay there because we wanted airconditioned rooms, even if the rate is much higher than other hotels, so we were quiet disappointed.

Location is very strategic, near the places tourists would want to visit. Food is good and the staff, the entire crew were very friendly, attentive and accommodating. I just mentioned in passing that it was our anniversary, and that night they sent us a cute cake with a letter from them wishing us a Happy Anniversary. Very thoughtful gesture on their part.

Too expensive for what they offered. No staff 24/7 and frontdesk people were only available 12 hrs a day from 8am to 8pm. Shower needs a door or at least a shower curtain. You also have to pay extra for every little thing. Lobby sofa was well loved, dirty and needs to be changed.

The room we stayed in was spacious with lots of electrical outlet. After it rained, I could hear the crikets and birds chirping at the same time its so relaxing that even my frenchie just slept throughout the night.

The smell of incense in the lobby and restaurant was so disgusting. The food was the worst. The breakfast reservation time was not kept. I don't know why asking for breakfast time. Cold Spaghetti and Sisig. I think my son got an upset stomach from that food.
