I loved my room except the very soft pillows. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about.

Maybe the breakfast buffet im expecting more about the food, i thought the cebuano food would be served during our stay. Its more western food instead.

There were only 2 restaurants, 1 was a-la-carte with limited options. The other restaurant buffet only. I would say for a 5 star, we should have different restaurants offering different cuisines.

There is a bit of an industrial feel around the hotel.

The room is clean and spacious and the staffs are nice and kind. The entrance of the hotel is grand and buffet breakfast was sooo good. The hotel has a walkway to the mall and is close enough to the airport to order Grab for an early flight out.

the hotel seems busy but there’s only 2 front desk staff to check guests in and out. the bathroom drain in our room was so slow, it floods whenever we take a shower.

This is not really the hotel's fault, though it would be nice if they would keep an eye on it in the future: When passing the swimming pool one night, we saw that there were some people going into the swimming pool with their clothes on. I noticed this is a general thing in the Philippines, where Filipinos tend to just go into the swimming pool with their clothes on which is just extremely disrespectful in my opinion. I wouldn't want to go into the swimming pool after them.

The room felt very clean and spacious. It was quiet, comfortable, and had all te necessary amenities. The hotel's facilities are amazing. They have a big reception with a bar, where they seem to play live music every single evening. Their gym is extremely clean and wonderfully equipped. You can access it 24/7 and there are showers at the gym itself. Close to the gym is also a spa/massage place, which looked very good, but we didn't manage to try that out. They have a beautiful, well maintained garden (including bar and hammocks) which shields you off from the city, and next to it a beautiful swimming pool. We also had breakfast included in our stay, and let me tell you, the breakfast is absolutely wonderful. It has a lot of variety, tastes very fresh, and they make sure there is always enough. So you don't have to worry going to breakfast a bit later. Last but not least, the service has been exceptional as well. No matter the scenario (room service, room cleaning, breakfast,...). The staff was always extremely kind and accommodating.

We liked the location. Right next to the hotel a big mall, where we did shopping and found a good restaurants. Taxis were very cheap and easily accessible if you want to visit city attractions. Breakfast was expensive (around 40$ per person) but absolutely worth it. There was huge variety everything you can imagine.

Absolutely terrible location in the middle of the industrial area! We had an awfully loud party noise from a Cafe in front for a couple of nights. Impossible to sleep. Small amount of towels, literally 2 per person and no bath mat. Pool is very shallow. Overpriced food and coffee. Mall next door opens at 10am. If you need anything earlier - no option coz you are in the middle of industrial area. Security at the entrance is annoying (but I guess it's a phillo thing)

The hotel smells amazing, everything is beautiful and spacious. Super comfy bed and pillows. Good prices on cocktails, nice little garden. Liked the room despite no balcony. There's an iron and a hairdryer in the room.
