Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesI wish there were new facilities. An example would be when I was taking a shower, the cover for the shampoo/conditioner/bath soap suddenly fell apart and that worried me because the hotel might think I damaged it but it was already damaged.
I love the location since it's in the middle of everything. There were a lot of malls and restaurants close by. Even when you'd wake up in the middle of the night you can still get food. The staff was friendly and everything was good.

GermanyAfter a short Blackout the Water pump did not work for many hours so we did have to book ourselves in another hotel for having water (showering, toilet...). No Refund for one night was possible with Red Planet The AC was loud and also the windows are not sound proof - it was very loud and earplugs where necessary for sleeping. The Water from the shower was cold only most days.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small and had no furniture but clean and the big bed was comfy. The location is 10/10 (directly besides major malls).
