There is no breakfast or dinner, actually no common area at all, which makes the atmosphere of the hotel somewhat eerie. One of the elevators was not working, thus one had to wait long for the other one.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Manila, but also 30 minutes from the airport. The room was clean and quiet, however miniature.

There's only one thing i didn't like. It's the noise caused by chair. They should put rubber cap so that it's not noisy on the floor when someone pulls it. Its noisy from other rooms also.

The place is clean and location is good, close to the US embassy. Accessible to other establishments.

This is nothing to do with the hotel but didn't expect to take so long to get to/from the airport , Next time we will stay closer, this isn't a downer on the hotel though

The card scanner in the elevator was not very responsive.

The room was small but it was enough for our needs. The location was almost perfect for the purpose of our trip. Another plus is the provision of a smoking area.

The rooms were very small. Being two persons with each a backpack, there was hardly any space left to walk. Didn’t feel very safe walking around in the area the hotel is in as there werent many tourists on the streets. When checking out, we had to wait for our room to be inspected before we could leave. Took about an extra 10 minutes, keep in mind in case your cab is waiting outside.

Only one elevator was working so it was a bit of a wait sometimes. The rooms need more places to hang items and/put personal items.

The staffs are accomodating. The location is reachable to stores like 7/11 My primary concerned is a walking distance to the US Embassy where I attended my Visa Interview. I can recommend this hotel to my family & Friends..

It was very hot from time of check in until next day. Aircon setting was at 17 degrees, cool and high fan. It didn’t beat the heat. Maybe because the room location.

The property is just opposite US embassy. Simple. Clean. Great value for a 3 star hotel.

the hotel lift. apparently during our stay, one of the lifts was down and we need to wait quite sometimes to go up and down due to lot of guests.

the room is a bit small but no complaint. clean and smell fresh. the toilet is clean and provide enough toiletries and the water pressure for shower is great. the hotel located near to (walking distance) to Robinson mall, cowboy grill and etc. as well to the Rizal park.

According to the facilities I could use, it included a refrigerator. It's not there. Also, there's only one pillow per person. Hmn...there should be a sign on the ground floor that the reception area is on the 2nd floor. Other than those, it was a splendid stay.

I liked the location, it's near my intended area of business. I also love the staff as they are polite.

Sea view of Manila Bay. Location is near Manila Bay. I was surprised by the cheap price, the employees's well-manner, and comfortable room for two persons. The hotel provide luggage keeping service. The staff members were willing to take your luggage after you arrived. The sockets in my room were enough for two persons.

Water in the shower was almost never hot. Bathroom mat sticky and dirty. Rooms were only cleaned on request or after a few days. Elevator did not respond to input sometimes. Directly in front of the hotel the gully was overflowing with a bad smell.

I saw presence of small ants on the table after we finished eating our food. Safe box was not working. A telephone can be helpful inside the room to reach the front desk immediately for any needs (although they offer their app to communicate). Limited parking space, first come first serve basis.

Budget friendly hotel. Checked-in here due to the close proximity to the US Embassy (Walking distance). Room was ok, do not expect a big spacious room but AC was excellent, very cold, to battle the typical Philippines summer. I love the small work station where you place your laptop and documents away from the bed area. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. Bathroom was clean and in good size. Staffs are very hospitable. Overall, this is hotel will satisfy your needs most especially if you are there for business reason like medical or embassy purposes.

There was no slippers and free coffee but its ok

I like the room, the aircon is very quite, it seems like its not even on, but it is. The hallway and room doesn't smell like something is leaking or anything, it does not smell like air fresheners bcoz sometimes smells can be exaggerated, it has no smell as all i love it. It is really indeed a good budget hotel, the only thing i didnt like is they dont have a sleeper inside haha my feet was cold stepping in the floor, i didnt bring slipper my own coz i expect they have a free slipper. But overall i like the hotel.
