We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

the picture of this hotel that is posted is slightly different from real one. there are lots of bedsheets that are hang on the first floor of the building. there were no amenities, soap, toilet paper and no wifi. i felt like i was scammed. the beds were clean but you cannot sleep because of the noise of the cars outside.

PhilippinesWrong booking of rooms. I booked for deluxe and family rooms how come it didnt reflect on the system? We were offered standard rooms instead. I brought my entire family for an over night stay and you offered me standard rooms?! What went wrong? I paid for the 3 other rooms but got disappointed for the service you have. Never again!
