There were cockroaches. There was also a sanitary pad inserted in the gap between the wall. They did not clean the room! Yuck! No towel or even a face towel. No sheet or even a thin sheet for a single person. I doubt if they even clean the pillowcases and the bed sheets. Tho they didnt smell bad. They should have just charged lower than 1k for a night. It's not value for money compared to others with the same range of price. We waited 1 hour before a receptionist could assist us to check out. No one was answering on the 4 cellphone numbers they have. Main door at the lobby was open at ungodly time without security guard of sort. Very bad customer service.

The one who assisted us to our room upon check in and before we checked out was nice. The other girl seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She told us to park anywhere else even if it was outside their building perimeter. My god.

There are many cockroaches all over the room. The room is very small and stinky. The toilet, as well as the pail and bucket are also dirty. The sink and faucet are both rusty. The Aircon didn't function well. It was very hot so I asked the receptionist to transfer me to another room. Still, the room is full of roaches and stinks like mothball. The bed is directly on the head part of the bed, which I don't like. The linens were also itchy.

It says there were towel, but when I asked for one the staff tried to trick me in giving a new and clean one, by folding the clearly used towel. There were cockroaches. When I entered the room, there were stains in the beddings that looked liked it was used already and wasn't changed. The blanket smells like it was pooped by a cat, nasty smell. The rug was too dusty. Overall, poor hygiene. watch out 🙈

very very small room and you cannot move properly, no wifi and no table, a lot of cockcroach running around inside the room not in good hygeine, no towel available. not ideal for hotel travellers. sorry to say this one but is not my intention to destroy the reputation of the hotel but im only sharing what i exactly experience during my stay.

The staff was not prepared. I booked for the standard double room but instead they told me that the rate I booked is for a Single bed.room only. Info was.misleading online. That's why I cancelled and requested to waive the fee since I did not push through.

I didn’t like the property because of its dirtiness. plenty of insects and cockroach crawling around on the walls and ceiling. we actually sleep while our ears are covered with cotton so we’re safe with the small cockroach. light switch is broken and unsafe.

I booked a double bed room, but for me it is only a single bed...i asked the staff about it but they claimed that it was their double bed. The picture online is far different from reality. I was so disappointed, because the room was so small, very dirty bed, floor, toilet.. I wasnt expected it to be like that when we enter the room. But no choice since we really need to have a place to stay. However, the staffs are good.. I think they are all minor, but im sure, these young people are earning for their living.

There is curfew and they padlock the gate .. What if there is fire all the guest would be trapped inside room is too small and if you are a man you can not bring girlfriend if your a woman you can not bring a man griend
