lot's of cockroaches it will even crawl on your bed while I'm work did not even noticed 8 cockroaches was swimming into my coffee good thing did not drink my coffee immediately I was able to tell the front desk but don't even have a sympathy she did not care at all. ther's not electric kettle you need to go down there's a nearby store selling hot water. there's two cockroaches inside my laptop I hope it won't damage my laptop😭

Near Quiapo church 7/11 and BPI bank there's a lot of stores near by like Mr. DIY and Esitan

The bed sheets still have hair the pillow smell. The showers were broken. There is no amenities inside the room you have to ask to the desk for remote tv (which they never give me) and towel you hear everything from your room.

The bathroom is flooded and the drains aren't working! It was very disappointing. There were no slippers included too, unlike with the other accommodations we had of the same star hotels. And the blanket seemed to be a duvet cover, because it has zippers!

I like the location, it was very convenient for us. I like also that there are toiletries already, which is also convenient for travelers.

room no clean. cockroach’s walking on bed. there is no any room service to clean room or change towels or pass soaps. TV no any channels to watch. aircon not so nice. traffic sound also too much

First, I didn't expect the room to be that small, the pillow is very bad. The phone is not working. I stayed for 4days/3nights but they didn't do housekeeping so the room becomes dirty. There is not enough trash can. No mirrors in the bathroom. Elevators only works from the 2nd floor so you need to go up by stairs. The wall is not doubled so you can hear the next room.

I like the shower with heater.The bathroom is clean.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a nightmare. The room was infested with a massive rat that chewed through my bag and devoured my chocolates. When I brought this up to the receptionist, their response was shockingly indifferent, acknowledging that rats were common occurrence. The linen was visibly filthy, leaving me feeling disgusted. Moreover, the broken tiles on the floor posed a serious hazard, capable of injuring anyone walking barefoot. Overall, this hotel is an absolute disaster and I strongly advise against staying here.
