There are notices in the room and at reception that if there is blood on the sheets you will be charged Pesos 500. After I had booked and paid for the room the Hotel sent me a very long email about terms and conditions ( some of which were for Covid - which is good ) - but also saying no guests under 18 or over 60 would be admitted. Some guests noisy late at night.
Value for money. Some of the staff were friendly. Security seemed ok.

Canada71 reviews8 helpful votesPassableHard bed, fan didn't worked in bathroom keeping the humidity in and it was a wet shower leaving the floor wet which is very not convenient. The room should have a water squeezee to remove the excess water. Should have free breakfast at the price.
The staff were nice and helpful.

No blanket, just a thin sheet for the night. AC is very old and loud, and a bit too strong for the bed sheet. And worst is, all these are not reflected in the price.

It was very near the main city centre. The room was cozy, with proper air-conditioning. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. They made my mom and I feel safe. The WiFi was acceptable. There were available snacks at a price.

I was very tired and went to exchange office. My girlfriend waited me at the reception with bags. They could charge me later. I think this is not acceptable. I have stayed more than 200+ hostels in my life. I never seen something like that.
