From 8 pm to 2am many people running, shouting and singing. Even if they were not in the same floor I was able to hear them very loud. I couldn t sleep. When I talked with reception the girl said that the hotel was full and that was out of the hotel s control. At 6am an old man on upper floor was talking very loud. When I told him to speak lower he just ignored me and kept talking loud. Yes, there is a thing called curfew and a hotel that could be a 10 it s a 7(could be less) due to its lack of help for the customers that want to sleep.

Room could be a 3/4 stars in Europe. People on the afternoon shift was helpful. Room and facilities are perfect but need curfew and need to control unrespectful guests.

The air conditioning may need some maintenance - though functional, it's quite noisy and not really clean

Good value for money: basic, clean room at reasonable price; conveniently located. For us it was an excellent choice for an overnight stay.

They did not change the bedsheets with stain and used it to remake our beds. Room 404 sink had liittle to no water running. Shower had low heat. No phone in room for service or questions. They struggle giving change for large bills. The pillows were too small

The free shuttle ride was awesome! The bar had a decent menu. Hospitable staff!

Super friendly staff and helpful. Great location and comfy room. Is budget and that’s what you pay for so no extra amenities but we didn’t need any. Highly recommend.

It's a brand new hotel, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom spacious. Every was truly clean. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great, 15 min walking to the bus terminal and surrounded by local restaurants

Not worth the money. No hot water n d aircon is old. The room can accommodate 2 people but only one toiletry and 3 in 1 drink is given plus they took away 2 pillows. It should be for 2 people. Message many times before arrival to ask about transport to hotel from bus terminal but no reply.

The staff was not helpful at all. For the only two questions we had, they said they will double check and were never seen again. On top we had an issue with the electricity in our room, but there was no option to change the room.

It is one of the few hotels in San José, so it’s one of the few choices if you take the morning ferry to Coron. Otherwise there is no reason to stay here.

The reception couldn’t give us straight answers but always had to call the boss. Seems like a manager who can’t let go of control. The rooms were absolutely disgusting and had no windows. Don’t believe the pictures this hotel is really outdated and dirty.

There are no telephone inside the room so I have to go down the reception to say or order something. There's no heater also. And the mattress were not too thick but its ok.

They are renovating and I believe they are conserving energy cost as the hotel shuts down the elevator late nights and front desk is closed. There is also no phone in the rooms to call the front desk and had to physically go down to them. Pillows were too small. Very uncomfortable and had to request for extra pillows.

This property is well organized and modern, housed in a new building. The staff were great, and we would not have minded extending our stay if there had been more to do in town.

Room had a lot of space, good stop of before the ferry to coron. They also sell ferry tickets at the hotel for 1500.

Loved the roof top terrace to watch all the action in the city and you can see mountains and sea. Staff very friendly. Netflix in room was a bonus. Bed comfortable.
